I have been using Thomas Heating & Air for years for both personal home and business service. They have proven themselves to be reliable and trustworthy both prior to and after a recent ownership change. Yesterday I put in a call and a technician was able to address the issue in less than one hour. This even with a drastic temperature change that likely kept them busy. Recommended.

I own multiple properties (10+) and Thomas is my go-to for new installations, preventative maintenance, and repairs. The new owners, Matthew and his wife are great to deal with and honest people. They are prompt, do good quality work, and follow-up to make sure that I am happy and repairs are correct and systems are doing what they should. Their prices are fair and they are good genuine people that care about the integrity of their business. I highly recommend them over any other local companies in the area (and I've tried quite a few). Good people and good work.

I'm writing this review to help others to make informed and educated decisions when it comes to purchasing HVAC service or equipment . Matthew Thomas of Thomas heating and Air is one of the most competent educated people in this industry My wife and I are building our retirement home and he provided excellent information about products that we're going to be reliable for us as we go into our older years he was very attentive and had overseen the entire project throughout the way all of our concerns and needs were met and he thoroughly explained the equipment and options that we had I literally can't say enough good about this experience absolutely terrific folks to work with terrific equipment and absolute pleasure to work with them. All pricing was up front no hidden fees everything was very direct what more could you possibly ask for. Thank you Matthew and thank you to your team of guys what a wonderful job.

I called TH&A this morning at 9:30 because the my A/C unit stopped running last night. Since it's the end of August, it only took about an hour before it was 82° in the house. Today also happens to be my wife's birthday. It's pretty awful sweating to death in the house anyway, but it's even worse when it's on your special day. Despite only calling a few short hours before, Cody left the job he'd just finished in KY and drove 2 hours to handle our issue. Wife came home to a crisp 71°, and I look like a hero. Thank you, Thomas Heating & Air.

Very pleased with the service I received from Thomas Heating & Cooling. First time customer and from now, they will be my first call. Very prompt service. The two technicians that came were friendly, courteous and professional. When they came in our house, they took there boots off. Even when I told them they didn't have too. My issues were minor and they quickly diagnosed and repaired. They could have told me I had major issues and charged me big $$, but they fixed only what was needed for a very reasonable cost. I was surprised how low it was and even question if it was correct. Based on my experience, I believe them to be a very trustworthy company and recommend them! Very pleased. Heat pump is working like it should now.

These guys are great! It's hard to find a contractor that you can depend on, but these guys are it! Thomas heating and cooling answer the phone, respond quickly, and get the job done. Matthew and Cody both do a great job and have excellent troubleshooting skills.

They worked with me. Even though I couldn't pay for a week. I get paid once a month and if I don't write things in a book I use to keep track of my Bill's, I make mistakes. I made one..... long story short they worked with me again. Did i say i only get paid once a month. Also the technician was great and experienced. I recommend this company.

I had an issue with my outside unit not coming on after coming home from work. I looked up a few HVAC companies in Jefferson City. I called Thomas Heating and Cooling. They sent their technician Cody out in a very timely manner. He diagnosed the issue as a blown capacitor and had it switched out in a matter of minutes. He was very knowledgable and professional and told me the exact reason why the capacitor went bad. My problem was fixed in a matter of minutes and at a good price. Hopefully I wont have anymore issues for a long time, but if i do I'll definitely be giving them my business again.

Technician arrived quickly after I called. He diagnosed the issue and repairs were done quickly. Price was fair. Will use Thomas again in the future.

Thomas HVAC has been my HVAC company for several years now, ever since I asked my brother to recommend a good HVAC company and he recommended Thomas. He said they did great work at fair prices and that they were honest. How glad I've been that I took his recommendation. Thomas HVAC has consistently provide well trained, courteous and honest staff promptly to handle my ac and heating needs. They have always figured out what needed to be fixed and provided their services at extremely fair prices. I highly recommend them.
