I ordered flowers for my grandma and mother after my grandpa passed this week. I called another florist first but was informed that they did not deliver to the area needed. I then called City Florist. I had never placed an order over the phone so I was a little nervous but I spoke with Judy and she was so helpful and kind. She even went downstairs to check on colored vases and flower availability. I didn’t know names of specific flowers but explained what I wanted and she made suggestions on what would look best. The flowers were delivered very quickly and the arrangements were better than I expected. I am so thankful for this experience and highly recommend City Florist.

This was the third florist my friend and I visited to get some flowers for his mother’s grave & they certainly came through! After two other bad experiences, it was refreshing to be greeted with such kindness and helpfulness. We got some beautiful fresh flowers. Definitely recommend this establishment!

Back in 2013 City Florist did the flowers for our wedding and they were beautiful!!! It has been 7 years, and we still have people make comments to us about how pretty the flowers were at our wedding and reception!

They have served our community for a long time, have always made high quality arrangements, great customer service, delivered on time, and at a fair price!!!

We had flowers put together for a baby shower. The staff was so friendly and the designer stayed in communication to make sure that I was satisfied with the final product. Stacy was amazing! Flowers were perfect!

Called late in the afternoon near closing from out of state after 2 other local florists could not accommodate my request for a next day service. They were so patient and helpful to work through my request. Even sending me a photo of the end product to share with family. So appreciative of their service & good work!

I could not ask for better customer service and more beautiful floral arrangements than what I have received from City Florist. The staff is kind, patient, empathetic, and extremely professional. Each arrangement is put together with love and care, and is delivered in a timely manner with the utmost respect and professionalism.

I ordered 6 roses all different colors for my Mom who was in the hospital the middle of Jan. They were absolutely gorgeous! Prettiest roses ever! The roses were closed up when arrived at hospital. They all bloomed and opened so beautifully. I am so thankful I ordered these roses for my Mom. She enjoyed them for 2 days and her health started declining and she ended up passing away . They stayed beautiful for a while. Thanks City Florist for making a beautiful arrangement and for having beautiful roses!

The flowers Stacie fixed for my mother's funeral were absolutely beautiful. She loved flowers and it was so nice to have such a wide variety of spring flowers present at her service. Thanks for everything. I highly recommend City Florist for all your flower needs.

I always go to City Florist to get my son’s arrangements for his grave. I tell them the colors I want in the arrangement and then tell them to surprise me! I’m amazed every time at how beautiful the flowers are!

My first experience purchasing flowers here. I live in Florida and needed flowers sent the same day for a friends funeral in NC. I spoke with Judy, she was super friendly and gave great suggestions for live plant baskets. Awesome customer service!

City Florist staff worked to ensure expectations of delivery were met. My sister was impressed and very pleased to know the flowers arrived promptly, and were fresh and gorgeous!

I posted a 1-star review on Bella's previously. So I also have to give credit where credit is due. After the Bella's fiasco, City Florist confirmed they do deliver to the address I supplied. I ordered the flowers and asked them to email me after the flowers were delivered.

Bam, 45 minutes after the flowers were delivered I got an email confirmation. That's how it should be done. Well done, City Florist.

My family has purchased flowers from this family owned florist as long as I can remember & that’s as far back as the 60’s! I’ve purchased flowers from City Florist, known as the “New City Florist” now days & they have always been very beautiful, fresh, & arranged wonderfully! Not only are the flower arrangements beautiful, but the hospitality goes beyond words! In person or over the phone I’ve always been greeted by a kind & professional voice! I appreciate the New City Florist for all they do! Thank you so much for all the beautiful flowers throughout the yrs!!
