Ebenezer's Sales Store

Love that the donations go to help the children's home, not line the pockets of CEOs like other large name companies that claim to help.

I absolutely love this thrift store. Clothing, furniture, kitchenware, electronics, housewares, knick- knacks, this store has it all and prices are super affordable. This store is huge, two floors with an elevator for those who prefer not to take stairs. Staff is so friendly and helps make an already fun place to shop even better.

I can always find some great treasures here, things that can't be found elsewhere. Very unique items. The store itself is very nearly organized and shopping is easy due to this. The stores always kept nice and neat as well. There's a upstairs and downstairs so there's a very big selection of basically everything from clothes to furniture to house goods to books so they definitely have a great selection. Prices here are reasonable and fair as well and of course proceeds go to a good cause in the local community rather than a CEO getting richer off items people no longer want and give away for free. Definitely worth a visit

This thrift shop has been the best thing for North Wilkesboro. They have a variety of neat stuff at reasonable prices, which is not the usual these days. I appreciate that they don’t ask new prices for used goods, or even for goods that actually were donated to them new. I also appreciate that they are keeping items that are still very good quality from being thrown away. As an organization, they work hard to help their community too.

Always find something good. It just takes so long to check out.

Love this secondhand store. Prices are MUCH better than Goodwill or the Salvation Army stores. Donations received while store is opened in back, and unlike Goodwill, this is a REAL non-profit charity. They cut the lights of on me 10 mins. prior to closing, that was a little rude, though this is the first time I have ever had that happen. Great parking on main street with no meters! Parking is for suv, mid-size vehicles, not really BIG trucks. I have never looked but I'm sure there is probably some parking to the back for larger vehicles.

This is a great place to find what you want with an even better reason to buy. They may be a thrift store but the proceeds go to a children's home.

I walked into this place for the first time about 2 weeks ago & now I'm on the verge of being addicted to this place. The clothes are really nice & I've found a lot of big name brands, several still with tags on them but all in really great shape & for a really great deal. I've probably bought over $500 (retail)worth of clothes & have spent less than $50. It has quickly become one of my favorite places to shop! I was there yesterday & I'm going back today! It is so much better than Goodwill. It's one of, if not the best, thrift store I've ever shopped at. The people who work there are also very sweet & the profits go to a great cause. You really can't go wrong shopping here!

All the staff are very friendly, they have great high quality items and great prices, I've been going there for year's. Tommy, Betty Jo, Steve, Darrell, Mary, Andy, Randy are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. The profits benefit the Christian Children's Home. They carry clothes & shoes for everyone, dishes, furniture, dvd's, vhs tapes, tv's dvd players, blu-ray, other electronics and much more. Go check it out.

A thrift truly intended for lower income people, the items are very nice for the quality, price, and it was refreshing to see for ONCE that lower income were ACTUALLY getting these items... Instead of seeing a flock of people who really and truly have NO business buying the items there.

(By this all I mean is, it's a shame to see people who have more "Financial Means" buying up these items, cooing about, "Oh, what a great deal!", when they are only priced at such 'Great Deals' so that those who don't have the financial means that person does, could have nice things too.)

There's unfortunately, places that have gotten more wrapped up and lost in the 'Business' aspect of collecting these things for the poor. Not only that, rather than being a place where people without much money could come and get clothes for work, school, church, etc with what small amount they have, they are more like boutiques for people WITH more money to snatch up all those donated "nice, designer clothes" in piles & bags at the bargain, steal prices....

To be honest... it brought my heart true JOY when I walked through and visited Ebenezer's Sales Store.

My daughter turned 14 in August & my last visit was while I was pregnant with her to buy maternity band baby clothes.

All in all, A place with it's heart in the right place. I can't say ENOUGH good about it, I couldn't brag enough.

I would simply suggest visiting it in person.

Always a great place to come get a variety of things. From clothes to appliances. And always such helpful and good hearted staff!

We have never been disappointed with this place. The staff is always courteous and helpful. The store is well organized. The clothing is quality (many items name brand and new). On the lower level they have many "yard sale type" household items which have been donated. Plus we have been told that all profits go to a childrens' home. Definitely the place to go for clothing if you are on a limited budget. YOU CAN ALWAYS FIND SOMETHING YOU CAN USE.

Not only can you find the deal of a lifetime but it helps out a local children's home.they have a little of everything from clothes to furniture to toys etc. They always have low prices but in top of that they have deals every week like 10 tops for 10. They have good quality items but have a "better" section that have brand new items or high dollar items at low prices. It's worth taking your time to stop in because you might find that amazing outfit or that game from your childhood and better a child's life for it.

A great place to buy second hand stuff.You never kno what you might find in there. Great prices and lots of like new kids clothes and shoes.The money goes to help keep the local Ebenezer Children's home open for kids who have no where else to go and in bad situations.Its a great Organization and everything for sale is clean and looks good.It"s a great place to take your Donations. Wonderful people run it and works in the store.
