Got this for my granddaughter one of her favorite stores for her birthday.And the black tote was a good surprise for free👀🥳 and I got to see one of the News On 6 broadcaster he smiled I guess he knew I watched him on TV and Recognized him lol . Had a great experience! Returned a pair of joggers and was my first time asking about the “defect promise” no questions asked! I mainly shop online but made the experience instore delightful thank you kind sir.

Great quality of athleisure wear. I'd rather spend the extra money here once and know I don't need to replace it for a year or 2. It will go out of style before the quality gives up.

The store is always clean and someone is always nearby to assist with items not available in store.

This is one of the best locations I have been to. I have worked at 2 locations in Florida where I live and this store operates exactly how it should. The comments that mention having to wait as a reason why they they left a poor review need to understand we wait almost everywhere we go. The staff here worked so quickly with returns and exchanges to keep the line going. People love lululemon so it’s not surprising to see lines. Guests have the option of scheduling an appointment either online or through the app if you are concerned about waiting. This store went above and beyond with customer service and did not give me a hard time with an exchange.

The management at this store is amazing and truly cares for their customers. Their customer service truly beats other stores that sells clothing that costs what Lulu costs. We had an issue with a gift card for my daughters 13th birthday not popping up on the app and an employee (seeing me struggling) came to help. She realized it was above her so she took us to a manager. He had us call customer service which (to his surprise) was not able to help. He and a female manager were both confused by the gift card not showing up, customer service not being able to help, and the number of confirmation emails I got (even while in the store), so they took measures into their own hands. They said 13 was to big of a birthday to walk out with a bad experience and made sure she walked out with her birthday lulu clothing on them! I’ve never had manager at any store be willing to take care of an issue in this manner. I will no longer complain about cost at this store with customer service like this.

I love Lululemon and I always have. The style and quality are great. Since retiring more of my wardrobe comes from here. My kids are fans too. They particularly have good cold weather gear for men. I appreciate the zipper pockets for someone who runs. This store is small and usually crowded. The woman's area shares the line for the change rooms. So be prepared for an intimate shopping experience.

Great place to shop. A lot of people think it's overprices, but I don't think it is. I usually know ahead of time what I want to buy and I pretty much spend 5-10 minutes and I'm out.

Great customer service! They were pretty quick at the check out, which I love it when people move fast. I feel like I'm always on a crunch time.

I have never experienced better customer service than I have at this store. Thank you so much for your kindness, it will be a long long long time before I buy another brand.

Based on the reviews I was skeptical about taking my daughter into the store today for her birthday. She loved it and the staff were all very nice and helpful.

I previously left a negative review but today I decided to try the store again and they did not disappoint. Alaina made me feel so safe while checking out she really made me feel great about my purchases and how they were going to look so good on me. She really promotes a safe space for this store. Being such an attractive person it’s hard to go into these stores without being gawked at, but Alaina really just treated me like everyone else. I was ardently pleased.

I’ve never worn lululemon before today. Thankfully, we were graced with the exceptional customer service Mina provided. She absolutely made this experience what it was. Thoughtful suggestions and guidance, beyond helpful, upbeat and happy to help. She’s amazing. Thank you Mina!!

Went today for a pair of men's shorts and was helped by Logan, I felt genuinely welcomed and he assisted in me in my questions and finding the right product for what I was wanting. The shorts themselves are worth the price in my opinion. Will definitely be coming back.

I will stand by this store and brand. The clothes are an investment, but every time I’m there, I feel so welcome! There have been any times my clothes have a rip or tear, and they will repair for free. If they feel the item can not be repaired correctly they will replace the item with a brand new one no questions asked.

Their pants feel incredible and the sports bras are worth every penny. Kristi and Rylie are always beyond helpful and I’m glad to support this company!

My boyfriend and I went in to buy a new pair of leggings because the ones I had on, had wear and tear from the gym. We didn’t think much about the guarantee on lulu replacing leggings or repairing them, given I hadn’t taken care of the leggings very well. Just out of curiosity though we asked the staff about the leggings and they ended up replacing the leggings free of charge. I’m very impressed, will definitely continue to only buy leggings from lulu!

Outstanding staff! They went above and beyond to help me on Black Friday with an extremely crowded and busy store. Expensive but definitely worth the price if you care for you garments properly.

The employees are so kind, the store is so nice, and the best part is that they enforce mask policies, social distancing, store capacities, and have done all they can to reduce touching. Very COVID conscious!
