This location is absolutely amazing! I called there this morning looking for a copy of Blackout by Britney Spears since urbanoutfitters.com screwed me over on my copy and to my luck they had it! I shared my situation about it with Monique and Collin and they were incredible! They went above and beyond to make sure I get this iconic album in my hands so thank you so much! I will gladly be a repeat customer to this location vs the website! Keep up the amazing service!

This was my first time to the store and it's wonderful! They have a great variety of very cool stuff. Some things are a little pricey but overall pretty good. I bought an amazing record album...

I loved the store, no argument there. I had just gotten off work that evening and granted, I did not look my most prestige I would say. I did not enjoy multiple employees following me, but honestly I can't blame them! I looked rough! So it's kind of actually nice to see that their employees care enough to protect their merchandise. I will be coming back, but not before I change my clothes! Lol.

Great place to shop! I've shopped here multiple times. Fantastic customer service, people are nice, and they are fast at check out. Had a pretty enjoyable experience.

The staff here were very helpful. They don't overly bother you if you're just browsing, but when I actually needed help I got a surprisingly good amount of help. Staff were very knowledgeable and knew quite a bit about the fit of the items.

Love love love UO. They're pretty pricey, but the sweater and flannel I got there are still in great condition after about a year and I love wearing them! Most of the employees were friendly and helpful. They also have fun little trinkets and vinyls.

There's this girl, Kate/Katie, she's really awesome. She helped me find the right outfit for my date. Unfortunately, the girl and I didn't work out but at least I look fly! Plenty of fish in the sea! Thanks Masta Kate!

This is a small store if you are used to the big city ones but they have always been helpful and an online return i had was easy. A good stop in before hitting trader Joe's:)
