Optimist Park

Wonderful place for a family gathering. Good size play area for the kids. Nice area for walking your dog ( bring your potty bags) and shelter areas to shade from the sun. You can rent the shelter for private gatherings. Clean restrooms.

I adore this park as much as my kids do! It's always very clean(bathrooms as well)and people there are very nice. My youngest daughters 3rd Birthday was celebrated here. I made a piñata. It was a lot of fun.
If I HAD to complain I would say if you're in the bathroom for an extended period of time and you're being still(like sitting on the toilet scrolling on your phone) the lights turn off and you have to waive around to get them back on. No big deal really just a little annoying.

My daughter has grown up at this park. Have had her birthday party here before and everyone really enjoyed it. Clean park

The best park! Tucked away from traffic with two seperate play structures, one for big kids and one for tots. Nice pavilion. Plenty of shaded, grassy picnic space. No walking trail, but I often see people walking their dogs and there is plenty of space to do so. Great park for all ages!

We really like this park. It's got plenty to do for the younger children (2-4), but if they feel adventurous there is a bigger play equipment (~5-8). Lots of slides and tunnels. It has 4 swings, but only 1 toddler swing. I wish it had a restroom, but that doesn't keep us from going to this park. I also like that its not over crowded with teenagers that generally won't watch out for the little ones.

This is a cute little park that is more designed for younger children. My daughter is almost three and some of the other parks in the area are just too dangerous for her, this one has a better vibe for what she needs

This is just a great little Community park it's always clean I just happened to stop there so I could eat my lunch real quick It was very peaceful bathrooms are clean they even have a pavilion with some picnic tables..

I can come here to unwind after class. I can walk under the trees or sit under the pavilion and study. The playground is small, but I've seen several families bring their children to play, and they have fun. I've also seen a few dogs on leashes when I'm there.

We call it the dinosaur park because of the Dino slide. We love the mommy/baby swing. It is fresh and new. My grandbabies love going there.

My kids love this park we have there birthday parties there every year an we love that theres usually very little people so its not crowed. Also my children love the new equipment😊thank you for such a great park

Best park in mwc for small children. Clean, not riddled with smoking teens, everyone that I've seen here came with their family.

Wonderful. Lots of slides nice swings even a swing that an adult can swing with their toddler facing them. Bathrooms are nice.

Good place for small children and it has real working restrooms, NOT nasty port-a-potty.

Lots of fun

The bathrooms definitely need to stay unlocked..... Kids have to pee alot. No fun going to the park if you have to go home to pee.....
