Boonies Restaurant and Pizzeria

This is a lovely quaint restaurant on the water. The food is outstanding, the service is wonderful, the atmosphere very friendly. I had all you an eat Alaskan white fish with coleslaw, hush puppies and potatoes which is a Friday special. The fish was cooked to perfection. Really good coleslaw and French fries. A great deal for $10.00. I highly recommend Boonies.

Wanted to try something new & decided to eat @ Boonies. I’m not a big burger eater, but Boonies has a great burger. I highly recommend trying it. The burger was juicy & flavorful. The view of the lake was still nice, even though it’s winter. The staff are very friendly & give great customer service. I will definitely go back. Would love to experience it in the warm weather.

Best burgers. Real beef cooked on the grill. The best 🍔 Fresh garden vegetables. You can’t get a burger like this anywhere else. Fries were hot and crispy. Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere with view of the lake. Delicious food. Great prices.

The Loaded Philly Sub was amazing. The service is always phenomenal. The views are fantastic with a view of Boone Lake. They also have the best burger in the Tri-cities.

Wonderful place to eat! We really enjoyed the view, the friendly staff and the food was delicious!! I ordered the calzone thinking I would get a regular size calzone but this thing was supersized! It tasted fabulous! We can't wait for our next trip back!

Eat there for the first time today and have to say it’s the best burgers I’ve had since I was a child. Great job will definitely drive two hours again to eat.

Awesome! The crust was perfect. Chicago style deep dish done right in the NC mountains, who would have thought. Pizza sauce would be that much better with a smidge less oregano and add shredded parm. We also had the calamari and fried ravioli both cooked perfectly served with a sweet marinara.

We love Boonies! The Friday all you can eat fish is wonderful and my favorite is the peanut butter pie!

One of our favorite places to go. We usually go Fridays for the fish fry or Saturdays for the ribs. We've gotten to go orders, and it has never disappointed!

We went for breakfast. The omelets can be made to order and are great. The bacon is crazy good. My wife got a personal pizza and it was pretty good. The biscuits are like puffs of clouds. The peanut butter pie is in the top three of the best I've ever had. The service was awesome. This is a true diner and the staff is so accommodating. Only thing I'd say a negative is their gravy. It's bland. Just a plain flour base with shortening to make the mix and milk added. Could definitely use some seasoning. Other than that one thing it's gonna be a regular for us.

First time visiting. Ordered to-go. Burgers were delicious, and the chicken strip basket was just the same. Will definitely be ordering again soon.

Went for the first time. Great customer service. The staff makes welcomed and the atmosphere is amazing.
Now on to the food. I got a double cheese burger and some cheddar rounds they came out freshly made, the Cheddar rounds had a Great golden crisp to them each one was a good bite. Now on to the Burger, i went simple on it to get a taste of the meat and all that it had to offer and boy did it have much to offer! It was full of flavor not lacking at all, the meat was perfectly cooked, the bun was soft and lightly toasted. All in all an excellent burger. Now on to this AMAZING! Let me say that again this AMAZING Peanut butter pie and yes it was so good I had to say Amazing twice. This pie was thick but very light and when I tasted it, mind was blown, how have i never had this before? It made me realize i found a Hidden Gem!. If you get a chance check them out, as I looked at the menu the prices arnt bad at all and your whole family will enjoy it.
