Very unpredictable, unprofessional...I have text messages to show proof. I was told they would handle my estate not to worry haven't heard from them after many calls and text finally today she called and said I owed 4,000.00 after research today that's not true at all they miscalculated. Major mistake made !!!!! They made me feel secure and unstressed....until now I'm totally stressed and with the death associated with this makes this disheartening and unbelievable. Open wounds!!!!! Beware...

I never do my tax with theses people it’s a old lady answer the phone she is very rude and I ask when My check gonna Be in and she told me 21 days it’s going on a month and I still have not got my check I recommend no body to go to these people the old lady is very rude she want even let you talk to nobody else I never do my tax there aging

Made appointment went there the lady was extremely rude got my paperwork from her desk and left don’t waste your time with her

Shady people would never go there again

I gave this company my tax information over a month ago. I have called them several times and emailed them with no response. Do not go to this company.
