El Paso County Justice-Peace

Had to get a new vehicle registered. I was very surprised that I didn’t need to wait. The lady behind the window was very friendly, informative and helpful. I was in and out in a few minutes. The ONLY downside about this location only two chairs in the waiting area. Huge parking lot.

Have used this office for my vehicle renewals the past four years and have always found them to be very polite and professional. Always a quick turnaround once I get there, even if I have to wait a bit.

Absolutely ridiculous level of service. You should expect to spend entire day here or come multiple times. The board notifying about documents needed is incomplete. Both staff are periodically go to lunch room while people wait. Just ridiculous and embarrassing. But remember that ruben p Gonzales is an elected official as el Paso tax assessor-collector. Next election let's make him look for a new job.!

Very RUDE, attitude staff. Mean, heartless staff. Biggest mafia in the world. Trying to suck every penny out of you as they can. And acting like they are better than you as they do it. Go in to get registration and they say we don’t need your inspection. Then try to transfer title and now they need more Forms signed Infront of them, or go by blue book value. And of coarse the blue book value they choose is the highest value they can find. A $2000 truck now worth $8000 all of a sudden by the El Paso county tax dealership and salesman. Insane.

Jessie is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I miss the the staff that was there before so professional!! I called to get an explanation since all the staff is new they said “new rules” had been established which I don’t comprehend since I would think all the county run the same way why would new “rules” be all of a sudden made . I would rate it -1 if I could , I truly think they need to work in their customer service and ethics, since they are dealing with people all day everyday . Hopefully they can change and improve soon!

Waited over 45 minutes in a line outside and there was still 4 people in front of me and 5 people behind me. I can't afford to lose half a day waiting to register my vehicle here!!! I'll try again tomorrow. The wait time is seriously horrendous

I been calling all day and they never answered whats the point of them opening if they never amswer

The NEVER open! They never answer the phone. Who pays them for services?
