They came out and diagnosed the issue and needed to order parts. Came out the next week and repaired the system.

Offensive conduct may include, but is not limited to, offensive jokes, slurs, epithets or name calling, physical assaults or threats, intimidation, ridicule or mockery, insults or put-downs, offensive objects or pictures, and interference with work performance. Y'all need to remember this in your work place especially when you're co-worker comes to you continuously about another employee being offensive by joking around inappropriately to another CO- worker. It is a serious matter!! Being professional in a business place is expected for a great business!!

Friendly workers, but not overly competant. Owners seems not overly concerned about client, and not particulary honest.
Installed new ac 7/2015. 7/2017 it stops cooling good. Serviceman say compressor is bad. Lackey says $600 to replace even though it is under warranty. 4 HOT days later serviceman arrives to replace it.
AC is working fine because a man from Blain AC came and added coolant. Compressor is fine. L&L serviceman says replacing is a 3hr job, he makes $14/hr. Lackey says $600 was for labor. 600 is quite a bit more than 42. Taxes i guess.

Place is a joke. Terrible customer service. Will not even come close to making their appointment time. Not to mention they show up without the tools to do a job and don't come back to finish it. Spent your money elsewhere you'll be glad you did.
