After planning a trip in town, (we live out of state) we originally planned to buy a Nissan 370Z. After doing tons of research and decided we finally needed to see the vehicle in person, we were unimpressed as it did not have that "wow factor". On a whim, we passed Honda Patterson, and decided last second to drive through the lot. Will approached us and in conversation we mentioned our experience with Nissan and it brought the attention of the Honda SI that was sitting up in front. His enthusiasm for this car and all it's features made us quite interested..but knowing at that time it was after closing hours, we were certain we weren't able to see it that night. However, he offered to show us the vehicle anyway. Due to his kind gesture, he took the time to take it down from the show ramp, moving other cars out of the way. He let us test drive the vehicle and introduced us to his car sales manager who gave us an offer we almost couldn't refuse. There was never a time did we feel pressured, or obligated to buy it right away, but instead Will gave us multiple chances to talk it over and discuss as he understood this was a sudden/big purchase. After we decided to buy the car, we almost second guessed the decision, and again Will was kind enough to give us time to discuss, and even helped ease us in our concerns. After we sealed the deal with Michelle in finance (who was also fantastic to work with), we were shocked to see Will still sitting in the lobby to ensure everything had went smoothly. By this point it had been 3 hrs past closing. He even drove the car into the showroom to prepare it for detail and pick up at a later time. Since then, we've received follow up phone calls, and emails to make sure we're still satisfied with our purchase. This has been a blessing in disguise and we couldn't of asked for anyone more qualified than Will. The fact that he took time out of his personal doings to take care of his customers, shows a quality in customer service that is far and few between. We highly recommend Will and Patterson Honda if you're looking to purchase a car!

Had an amazing experience with Stran Smith. Bought a beautiful Yukon Denali. Can't say I'll go back any time soon because I'm keeping this beauty but I will definitely send every one his way!!!!

I called for an appointment ...Oil Change,Tire Rotation & Inspection.
They got me in immediately 45 minutes later...
All things considered, I got out quickly.
Watch out for transmission flushes it almost added $184 to my oil change

My only wish is that they had more chairs and that those chairs were comfortable for folks like me who need to wait an hour or two...

Stran Smith made the whole new car buying experience great! He is knowledgeable and very friendly. He also found my mother a "new to her" car the same day. I recommend him to everyone I know.

Patterson Honda is always very friendly and they do great work. Never had a problem with them. Get my oil changed there and service my vehicle when I need it done. Had a part replaced for my AC that was manufacturers fault and it was obviously replaced for free and they got my AC back up and working in no time.

As always the Service Department did an outstanding job. I was greeted at the door by Jim who got the ball rolling. The waiting area was clean and coffee bar well stocked. All my interactions with staff were great; they were polite and knowledgeable about what services I needed. I will continue to use them for my service needs.

We brought our Honda Pilot in for recall and other services. I spoke to Savana on the phone and she answered all my questions before we set the appointment. Brian helped during the service with explaining what was needed. Both were very nice and the whole experience was great. Plus our expected hour of waiting was only 25 minutes. We will definitely use this location again in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for a Honda dealer.

When purchasing my Honda, the salesman was really helpful. Everyone inside the dealership was kind and courteous. The customer service has always been great when serving my car. I am happy with Patterson Honda.

We just purchased a used Honda Odyssey from Patterson. I worked with Ricardo and he was great! Super friendly and he did not pressure me, which I appreciated. The negotiation process was quick and easy, and we walked out of the dealership with a vehicle on our terms and within our budget. As far as buying vehicles goes, it was as easy as it could be.

Kevin Jones was an excellent salesman. He was knowledgeable and very personable. He didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't want. He showed me the same great service I have come to expect from the Patterson family. Thank you for teaching all departments great customer service. Steve the General Manager called me within a minute of me filling out my application out online. He had Kevin call me shortly after. I am definitely a lifelong customer.

Best Place to get your car serviced. Moved to Wichita last year from Mississippi, and this is the friendliest dealership I know, they listen to your concerns & give you tips about your car, very informative, love it here!

Been skeptical due to rodent damage on my van but thanks to Patterson Honda I haven't had any more issues...They were able to fix the damage where others failed. Also I had an oil leak from my oil gasket spool and it got on my alternator and messed it up...Well sure enough they fixed it right up. Quick, courteous and well done...both times...Thank you Patterson...😉

My experience was AMAZING!! I loved each person I worked with. Chris is absolutely wonderful, he did a great job of getting me there!! We spent probably easily 3 hours at least on the phone before I even got there! Kevin was my sales guy, loved him! He helped me out and explained everything to a T! Joey was amazing too, I cant remember his title but he ended up really making everything happen! The fiance guy Brent was super awesome, I was in and out of the fiance office really fast! He explained everything and answered all my questions! Thank you all for my great experience!!! I will see you again in about 3 years :) ;) Kevin, my sales guy has checked up on me a few times making sure I didn't have any questions about my new vehicle and all of its features. This dealership is wonderful! They worked their magic in getting me a car loan. Muncho was the one that explained the electrical, mechanical and radio/music ! He did a great job in explaining the whole car, I had very few questions that he answered quickly! I’ll be sure to recommend Patterson’s dealership.

I have been getting my Hondas serviced at Patterson's Honda for a number of years. The service department is efficient, courteous, and I am always comfortable calling and taking my car in for regular maintenance. As an older woman, comfortable with a service department is not easy to find. Thank you all for taking great care of me!
