Nick Nault's Guide Service

The day started slow but Nick wasn't discouraged. He worked hard and ultimately put my son and I on some spots that yielded bigger smallies than we ever caught on our own! We landed 6 in the 4-5 lb range, as well as a nice northern that we had for dinner last night!!.
I would recommend Nick to anyone who wants to learn more about how to find smallies around Sturgeon Bay, and add that he's an absolute delight to spend time with on a boat. I already committed to a walleye trip with him next spring. Oh, and his boat and tech were first rate as well!

If you are looking for a great fishing experience in Door Co., call Nick Nault! We sought him out looking for some new spots and tips, and had a fantastic experience. Nick has top notch equipment and gear, but it just starts there. He has a ton of experience and local knowledge, but even more so is willing to share and teach! We did not have great luck today, but we had an amazing time out on the water. I'll say it again, if you want a great experience, call Nick!

We would highly recommend Nick for a charter fishing trip on Lake Michigan. He was terrific outlining location on board of life jackets, fire extinguisher, etc. then told us how far out we were going in the boat. Nick has a fun, outgoing personality that makes the whole experience fun! He put us on fish and kept checking all the lines for us to reel in the big ones! We caught 19 fish and he cleaned them and bagged for us. Be sure to have a cooler or be ready to go buy one to keep your fish on ice if your from out of town!

Nick is a top notch guide. Very personable and patient. He taught us techniques for walleye and smallmouth. He was committed to finding walleye for us navigated the Bay. We crushed smallmouth from the first to last cast on a full day trip. Nicks boat is well equipped and the electronics and gear are unmatched. Looking forward to the next outing. Hopefully on ice.

Fishing with Nick was a terrific experience. Made all of us comfortable and shared his vast knowledge of fishing the bay and some of its history.
