Stay A While RV Park and Farm

I stayed there for about a month and a half while trying to get settled down somewhere else and I can truly say this was one of the best experiences I have ever had! I had a very spacious spot for my RV and the amount of rent that I had to pay was way less than I had imagined. It was very easy to keep up with payments, and there are some very friendly folk here!! I love all the trees and shade that there is around here, the scenery is just perfect for taking a walk and the location is very convenient for me as well considering anywhere I need to go is only a few minutes away. Overall loved the experience, I wasn’t expecting to find this much enjoyment in my temporary stay. Regardless, I highly recommend this RV park and I hope to see more come from it in the future!!!

If you’re looking for an inexpensive and gorgeous getaway, this is the place. My wife and I were only able to stay a week, but the experience we had was unforgettable. Not only were the sights beautiful, but the people were very friendly. And a special thank you to STACY SMITH.

My daughter took over my motorcoach to be closer to her college, that being said, I've been impressed with the park for over a year now. The TX heat wasn't a thing because of all the beautiful shade trees and I haven't worried about my daughter for one day. The people are kind, the scenery is top notch and the walking trails are peaceful. Love the walks with my GRANDPUPS!!❤❤Lots of kind folks there. I recommend anyone to this gem.

I stayed at Stay A While a couple days while visiting and I wish I could’ve stayed longer! There’s plenty of spots with good shade from trees, clean laundry and bathroom areas, and the park is very well maintained. Management was very friendly and helpful! It’s worth the look into and definitely worth the stay!

Took a tour of this park today, the staff is friendly and met some of the ground keepers.The lake is beautiful and big with lots of hiking trails. lots of room to roam for my family and I. Looking forward to moving in.

this place was magnificent and i would highly recommend friends and family to this humble, yet charming property. i must say i’ve never been more impressed with my stay at any other rv park and farm, my family and i stayed here for 6 months and 2 weeks happily and comfortably

A beautiful, peaceful campground, ran by a hardworking,aim to please group of employees. The grounds have beautiful mature trees, small fishing lake, fenced in playground..Im a senior citizen,traveling with my dog, Shadow.This is our second stay at this campground. She loves it as much as I do.

The park is very well kept with lots of shade trees. The property manager really cares and even organized Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners for the residents.

Had my travel trailer working on about a week ago, and it was great to deal with a business that wants to service your trailer, knowledgeable about what they are doing, and reasonably priced.

I love how big this park is. Can’t wait for summer to enjoy the lake. Great for paddle boarding and working out.

This is such a great RV park. Whether you are a full timer or just for overnight stays. The staff is wonderful and they do a great job of making you feel like you’re part of a little family there. There is a beautiful pond, great walking trail, and a community garden. The laundry and bathroom facilities are nice and clean as well. Very thankful we got to stay here for the few months we were there.

I have lived here for almost two years and I want to say that this past month I’ve noticed that the grounds and yard work looks the best it’s ever looked!!! I couldn’t believe how much attention to detail these folks have put into it!!! They went three extra miles with the weed eater!! I had to stop and compliment her!!

Great little community, the little lake is nice, love the new property manager, and the crew is top notch, yard eggs, chickens,garden a general store make it a unique experience

Clean nice looking place. I am editing my review as I am a repeat customer. The office staff was very welcoming but I have to give extra praise to Scott. I was having electrical issues with my camper and Scott came by and helped get everything working. This man went above and beyond. He helped me get my camper leveled properly which I was struggling with.
The lots are nice and clean and it just has a relaxing atmosphere. I will not park anywhere else

Spent a few days there toward the end of March. Both the office and outside folks were really customer focused, nice people. Campground was peaceful and some of the folks staying for a longer term were very helpful. I will be staying again when passing through.

Nice park for a few nights. Nice facilities. Great management. If you are sensitive to highway noise you will not be happy here.
Pond. Hiking trail. Laundry. Store. We were very happy during our weekend here. Many long-term residents here but some spots for overnighters. Pull through grass/gravel sites, level, full hook up

We are in transit from AZ to FL and needed RV repair before going farher, we found Athens RV and they recommended Stay a While RV park while waiting for parts. Owner of park told us tonight that she would give us tomorrow night free if we needed to stay another night. They all turned our bad situation around. There are still good people out there! And park is nice, full hookup with our 40 ft 5th wheel and very friendly people!

Absolutely love the couple that runs this place! Always ready to help out and keep the place running smooth! I will always stay here when I am close! Scott and Jammie always make me feel like I'm at home here!

I can't recommend Stay A While RV Park enough. The owners, Randy and Nancy are great people and are very accommodating. The maintenance guys work really hard to keep the park clean, mowed and maintained and they are always very helpful with any little problems that may come up. The laundry room and bathrooms/showers are always neat and clean unlike other places. I've been here for 6 months and wouldn't want to be anywhere else!

Friendly atmosphere very well kept. Beautiful landscapes for hiking, my kids love fishing the pond it's nice, peaceful.
