This place is amazing! The owner, the instructors, and the staff are all so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The group classes are great no matter what your fitness level is. If you are looking for a little more I highly recommend personal training. There is a lot of attention & planning that goes into to make sure your personal needs are met. The members are terrific as well! Everyone is so positive, and they encourage each other. I just love the close, friendly atmosphere all the way around! This place has done amazing things for me.

Amanda is wonderful, as is the rest of the staff. Gym is always clean and organized. Never have in issue getting an appointment when tanning. The staff is helpful, and the atmosphere welcoming!

This small town gym has a great variety of equipment for you to achieve your fitness goals! The staff is very friendly & always willing to help! The group fitness classes are also a plus! I’ve personally been an active member for about four years! I Highly recommend trying it out, you won’t be disappointed! 😊

Such a great gym. I joined 2 years ago with the goal of completing a half marathon. I received the proper training to complete it and felt great afterwards. I love the group fitness classes. The staff and other gym members are friendly and welcoming.

The staff of LFT and the members make this facility "home"! The staff is amazing and the management is constantly persuing the best for each individual! I love the group fitness classes and the trainers are exceptional! I love the extra programs and challenges that are constantly being placed in front of me. This is a place to grow and reach personal bests!! There are options for any person at any stage of their fitness journey.

After having the wonderful opportunity to have worked here, I got the chance to return and take Caleb’s Strength class. It was well thought out, challenging, and a lot of fun!!

The staff is very kind and compassionate. Tho I have autoimmune issues, and sometimes appear rather unhealthy (similarly as a drug addict strung out), I'm not met with judgment, but instead compassion.
I appreciate ya ladies.

Good little gym in a small town. Has a good variety of free weights and machines. Employees there are really nice and helpful.
