I am on my third vehicle from Patterson’s - two GMCs and one Buick - and I wouldn’t even consider trading anywhere else! Even though I live almost two hours from the dealership, it’s where I buy and where I go for service. My sales professional, Stephen Garner, is efficient, considerate, professional, friendly, and just down right AWESOME! I even followed him to here from a previous dealership because of how trust-worthy and caring he is! The whole team at Patterson’s is great ~ from the receptionist to the delivery people they use (yes, my cars get delivered to me!) ~ you won’t be disappointed.

Stephen Garner went above & beyond with exceptional customer service! I ordered a new truck, and had a friend wanting to buy my truck, so Stephen went the extra mile to have my old truck shipped to my friend, 3 hours away. He kept me updated on production of new & delivery and was exceptional experience. Highly recommended.

My car developed a rattle in the steering column and the service manager took my VIN and told me that the repair would be covered under the extended warranty. YAY! Feeling good about that 10 year/100k Hyundai warranty now! Service manager got me scheduled in a couple of days and everything went smooth. Happy driver here! :)

Good customer lounge and they offered courtesy ride as well.

Had to take my truck in for a recall. They got me in right at my appointment time. No waiting. Did the work while I waited. Has a very clean air conditioned lounge. Very comfortable seating. With free cold water bottles.

Patterson RV was great to work with when we bought our camper. We traveled from West Virginia and they were so kind and welcoming to us. Wonderful place to buy a RV! We would certainly buy from them again.

Steve Garner helped me find the exact 2022 Buick Enclave I was looking for. It wasn’t easy. I appreciate his efforts. The purchase and delivery service was excellent.
