Brandi in the service center is awesome she stepped in after the first service writer quit and immediately got on the ball with working my extended warranty to be sure my truck was back to full power ASAP. If you’re needing to get your vehicle serviced she is who I would take it to for warranty work hands down. She is very pleasant to work with and stays on top of the job until it’s finished to the customers satisfaction.

The cars overall were in great condition compared to other dealers we had gone to. We had an amazing time purchasing our new to us car. Alexus was wonderful and pressure free. We took the car for a test drive and she put together a rough estimate of the cost for us. It was overall more than our "total" purchase budget but with the loan, she kept us under the monthly budget that we wanted. The finance guy Tucker was also super helpful and went out of his way to beat our pre-approved auto loan. We're really happy with our used car purchase and so relieved to have purchased a warranty just in case. We would definitely recommend Foundation Auto Group to anyone.

I traveled from CA to TX pulling a trailer all the while having intermittent truck troubles. Before I left Wichita Falls on a Saturday I called Foundation DCJR to see if someone could look at my truck. The girls in service were very understanding and said to bring it in. Shawn, their only diesel service worker was on duty. He spent about 20 minutes looking at my truck and figured out what the problem was...(I had it in my dealers place for an entire day and they couldn't figure it out). I swear Shawn is a miracle worker! I left the dealer with trailer in tow and drove 292 miles to our next campground. I can't say enough about how happy I was with the service I got today. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I was looking for a new 3/4 ton mega cab December 21. I live in Oklahoma and shopped around to find the best deal. After calling 12 dealerships, I finally found this one that wasn’t going to charge me over MSRP. Brian helped me get into my truck and we did the whole deal on the phone and online. The even delivered the truck to me 2 hours away and picked up my trade. Thanks for the easy transaction!

Just had one of the best car buying experiences to do date. Lindsay made the entire process from start to finish, EASY. I will absolutely purchase another vehicle if she’s my sales lady.
With that said, I didn’t run across anyone that wasn’t friendly or welcoming. Brad had done an outstanding job with his sales team.

Neg: the detail crew. It took them 3 times to clean my truck. It’s still not fully detailed, but the major stuff is good. Your sales team shouldn’t have yo pick up their slack…

I used to enjoy Dodge Caravans, then came the Chrysler Town & Country, & now, since 2018, I've been driving Chrysler Pacifica's. I recently traded in my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica, for a great deal, & a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica caught my eye, & I decided to buy it. It's a whole new driving experience, & a new learning curve, with all the new bells, whistles, & safety programs installed. The advances in automobile technology, & the lay out of the vehicle are amazing. Great gas mileage, very comfy seats, great information & entertainment features. Safety features abound, & are great to have around. I'm very happy to have chosen this vehicle, & hope to have it for quite some time!
