Clean kind and friendly. Fast passport photo service as well. Not sure how or why their score isn’t higher. This is one of the nicest most efficient Walgreens I have ever been to!

For years, I tried to get a shingles shot to be told that I could not get it and that Medicare did not pay for it, no suggestions, no help at any pharmacy - always asked just in case something had changed. Happened to be in WG and decided to get the flu shot while there and asked the pharmacy tech re shingles shot as well. She agreed Medicare did not pay for it, tried my insurance plan which did not cover it, but she said let me try this and it went through on the drug plan - not one person in 5 years suggested or tried that. I got both shots free! Wow is all I can say. Am very pleased and continue to get my flu shots at this Walgreens.

I've now been to this location in Uvalde 3 times (all unexpected trips due to kids getting sick while on vacation in the area) and the staff there is wonderful---especially the pharmacist, Ted. We had to get a prescription filled ASAP this Memorial Day weekend and he went above and beyond to make sure that it was transferred properly (long story). Ted was patient throughout the entire process and b/c he was so willing to go the extra mile, our family was able to enjoy our holiday in the hill country. Thanks, Ted, for saving our trip!

I absolutely love my Walgreen's everyone is so friendly and drop whatever they are doing to help me out !!! I have shopped at many wags and this one does not compare to any other one Mario,patty,Ashley,Mia, Emilio and Jacob (sorry if I missed anyone ) yall rock !!!!!

The workers were nice and helped me with what I needed. The store was also clean

Never had any complaints about this place. I always find what I'm looking for. & the staff is always very nice & helpful.

They seem to not carry enough meds there. The last three times I was there they where out of one or more of my prescriptions. And had more then 6 days from the time they where called in til I needed to pick them up.

I know everyone in health care is overloaded and trying their very best. Not trying to complain. I drove an hour to get a Covid test because uvalde was the only available soon and I get there to find out I’d be swabbing myself and that the results were not rapid. I wish that had been said online when scheduling the appointment. I had an at home test at home but thought getting it done at a site where a professional was administering it would be better. Just wish that information had been online so I wouldn’t have driven an hour. Thanks!

When I go to pick up a prescription, there is usually some kind of issue. Sometimes it's not the staff's fault, but most of the time it is. A few employees forget they are in the customer service business and rather than helping me solve an issue, they chose to play "gotcha" games. Report your issues to the corporate hotline, otherwise this isn't going to change.

Walgreens pharmacy no longer accepts children’s Medicaid. For those who have medicaid for your child, HEB accepts medicaid. Also most products are a lil pricey, heb or Walmart will have them cheaper.

As always, there is some sort of problem...only corporate can fix it...we have no control here locally...

Please, come into our town and shut down our only locally owned pharmacy and then barely serve us. We love it when big business, badly run, ruins our local ecomonmy.

Prescription was filled and they never called me to tell me my prescription was ready or anything! Went Friday and apparently the pharmacy doesn’t open until 9am
Went Saturday at 1:45pm and now apparently the whole pharmacy staff is on lunch break and no one is able to assist me. Out of all the jobs I have had, I have never worked where everyone from that department took a lunch at the same time. This is ridiculous, guess l will try back for the 3rd time and see what else they come up with! Do not fill your prescription here unless you dont have intentions on picking up your prescription

Drove an hour to Uvalde on a Saturday just to find out the pharmacy has new hours and is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Even though online it says they are open. Thanks walgreens. I hope my child is okay without their medicine. I understand staffing may be an issue, but you could at least update your hours online so your customers aren't quite as inconvenienced as they already are with your new hours.

What’s the point of having a Walgreens in town if they hardly have a pharmacist on duty it’s becoming a recurring problem

My rewards program had with store expired never once did I receive notification of this change via text nor email I shopped there quite frequently.
