These guys showed up in force and did a great job on this large 1500 gpd system including a lift station. Really appreciated the fact that I didn’t need to worry about anything, they did everything exactly to the plan, fast and efficient.

Great folks that provide an excellent experience every time I call. They have done preventative maintenance, emergency maintenance, and new tank installation.

I cannot say enough good things about JRSS! They were truly fantastic. Communication was perfect for every step. They got us in and serviced as soon as possible and we are so grateful. The guys were very professional and respectful. I highly recommend this company!

When I needed a septic tank pumped in a hurry, I did a local survey on Next Door for septic companies. Joey Ridgle Septic Services received half the votes with only one other company with more than one vote. I was impressed so I called Ridgle and they did the job promptly and at a reasonable cost. That was several years ago, and since then I have received excellent service from everyone at Ridgle. In addition, they have the cutest dumpsters all in pink! I’ve rented it 5 times and have only good things to say.

We had an old septic system and it was not functioning properly. I had several people I asked to give me an estimate on how much it would cost to put in an aerobic system in. The estimates were 2-3 times higher than what Joeys estimate. We had it put in and only once did it have a problem the pump went out but it continue with the warranty every year and it was covered under the warranty. I recommend them frequently on the Henderson county web site and there are many others leaving recommendations as well!! Honest company to work with!!

I had an issue with my system yesterday on a house that I recently purchased. I called the office to request someone come out and see what my problem was. The office staff was extremely pleasant and prompt. Within 4 hours, Ray (the technician) was already at my home and had my new pump installed and working. He even took the time to speak with the people regarding my home warranty policy to ensure that I was reimbursed properly.

What a great company and just wish there were more like them. Used theirs services in Feb to empty my septic system and that tech was prompt, courteous, and left very minimal evidence of ever being there. Fast forward to today and thought I had a plumbing issue and the plumbers told me my system was full and needed to be pumped. Immediately called Joey’s (on a Sunday) and got a call back from Pam. Pam told me several things to check (she doubted my system was actually full based on prior work) and I was able to fix it myself. Will definitely use again and will recommend to anyone that needs septic work done. Thank you!

Quick response even on a weekend (Friday and Saturday). Tanks cleaned out on Friday and a technician sent out to replace the pump on Saturday morning. He checked the pump out carefully and advised against replacing it, believing it had only been temporarily clogged by roots, which had been removed the day before. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. The owner, Pam, was the one I communicated with, and she was excellent. Five stars all the way!

They installed my septic system very quickly. They were kind and courteous. I did call 4 different companies and received their estimates. Their price was in the middle and I'm glad thatbI chose them for the install.

Great experience all around! I had called all the septic companies near me. After talking to the person at this office, I was impressed. After getting an almost immediate return call from Mark, we were pretty sure sure this was the company we were using. Everyone who came to our house , each and every time, was on time! They were NEVER late! It started raining, then monsooning on installation day. They worked through all but the hardest downpour! We would give this company ten stars if we could! Go with this company, you won’t regret it!!!

We have used Joey Ridgle's for almost 10 years to maintain our septic system. We have never had any problems. One time I dumped my RV tanks into the system and set off the alarm because I put so much water in it at one time. Even though it was after-hours on a holiday weekend, they spent a lot of time with me talking me through the process to take care of the problem. I recommend them.

Great service for a fair price. Darrell was completely professional, took time to explain what he was doing and completed the job in a timely manner. We recommend this company.

They have always been prompt, they went out of their way to fix a leak that was part of the plumbing but not why they were out. They were polite. I had another company, but I won't be going back. They even offer a contract that takes care of maintenance so you don't have to worry! And the prices were pretty good, for something that often costs an arm and a leg, it didn't.

From the very first call for consultation all the way through installation and beyond they have been nothing short of Fabulous!! Ms. Cindy helping to set everything up, Mark calling about things that needed to be done before install and Joey, himself coming out after the install when I called on the weekend with a question. Joey even called me about a week later to make sure that everything was still going good. There is no one else that we would recommend for septic installation or service!!

I'm very happy I went with Joey Ridgle to install my septic system. Watching them install the system, they took a lot of extra measures to make a good install.

I also had them do my plumbing but told them the incorrect pipe size of 3/4, Joey Ridge decided to bring 1 inch pipes anyways so my new home would have more water. I thought it was a kind gesture and would recommend Joey Ridge with 5 starts.

Will update this Review in 6 months after I put some use to the system.

The office staff was very helpful. They sent some one right out. My RV drain pipe was clogged. Josh was very helpful. Thank y'all so much. Will definitely use them again.

Hired this company for a complete rework of my septic system and for the first time in years everything functions just as it should. They listened to my concerns, gave full and comprehensive explanations and drawings and the cost while not the cheapest bid was much less than another and I am completely satisfied. I had a couple small quibbles and they came back to make it the way I wanted. Great company 👍
