I had prescriptions transferred from Walmart and they filled them the same day and the employee ate very friendly. I always get a notification when my prescriptions are ready. I will always get my prescriptions filled here. They price and try to find the lowest price for me. They always have my medication in stock unlike Walmart. One happy customer.

I really love this pharmacy. They're quick to assist you and meet your prescription needs. They communicate with you really well and they’re all very professional. Highly recommend Mabank Family Pharmacy.

I've only been there once, but I called when the prescription was sent to see when it when it would be ready. I could pick it up in 20 mins! When I got inside, they had the usual pharmacy items and some cute boutique like items. I even bought some quality hand lotion made from goats milk that feels great on my skin and smells amazing! I liked the quick pickup times and the fact that I didn't have to wait on the phone to talk to someone for 15 mins like some of the big chain pharmacies. I enjoyed the small-town pharmacy vibe and hospitality and the fact that my son's insurance info was sent with the prescription, and I didn't have to provide that once I got there.

There is something to be said for locally owned and run businesses. Everyone at Mabank Family Pharmacy is top notch! They are always friendly, and they never get frustrated with all of the questions we sometimes have. The drive-through is a God-send for those times we still have to pick up medication, but we just don't feel well enough to come inside! My mother takes several different medications, and DeWayne and staff always explain the potential for any side effects, etc. They are also competitively priced with the large chain pharmacies and the insurance company's mail order medications. Keep up the good work!!!

I love Mabank Family Pharmacy because they are personable, professional, and efficient. I changed pharmacies deliberately to theirs and drive extra to get my meds because of these attributes and much more. I have never had any issues with their service. The pharmacist has always taken the time out to talk to me, and he’s always made sure to answer any of my questions about my mom’s medicine. I live in Dallas so I can’t always get down there to see my mom, she had gotten really sick and had no way to get to the pharmacy to get her medicine, one of the employees personally drove out to her to deliver her meds. They have made me feel so much more comfortable knowing that they actually care about my mother, that she’s not just another $$$ in their pocket.

This is the best pharmacy on the east side of Dallas! I love all the people here, and Dwayne and his son is fantastic if you ever have a problum they go far and beyond to resolve it for you. Jessica is so sweet I just love herto pieces and Craig and Dustin are great too. I think if they could they would be doctors because sometimes they care more than Doctors.

Hands down best pharmacy experience I (as well as my family) have ever had— and on a continual basis. The “personal touch” of a family-owned business where one is treated as a human instead of a number is almost priceless in today’s world!

In the past, when a particular medication would often become difficult to find (or when many pharmacies would not stock said medication due to a lack of customers purchasing it), the owner (also the pharmacist here) would keep it in stock for us in order to prevent the dreaded circumstance of having to contact multiple pharmacies across DFW, only to find “partial supplies” or that nobody had it. This made a very difficult time period a bit easier, overall; very appreciated.

All in all, while certain medications will cost a bit more here due to the fact that discount cards are not accepted... I have no major issue with paying the extra $4-12 (in my case) for the comfort of knowing that my information will not be lost in an infinite loop of miscommunication between multiple staff members at a chain pharmacy as well as my physician’s office...only to arrive and find that whomever is working takes issue with some detail and manages to waste hours upon hours of time via their actions of questioning what has already been handled.

This is the very first time I have used this Pharmacy, I have to say Ms April was very patient and kind every time I called trying to get my prescription filled and I kept running into roadblocks doing so. But she definitely got it done with ease for me. Thanks Ms April and the rest of the staff for being patient, kind and understanding with all my needs!!

Love this pharmacy! I used to deal with one of the big chains and transferred my stuff here and they’ve been nothing short of amazing. I would recommend this locally owned independent over the big box stores.

They know me and my meds when I walk in the door. That kind of personalized attention is not seen anumore. can't be found elsewhere.
