I was in town from New Jersey and had a positive experience with both the store manage Raven and the associate, Jayde, who assisted me in having a wonderful shopping experience. I was able to find the items needed and was impressed with the variety of name brand items selections. It was one of my favorite shops to visit while in town.

They give excellent samples! Sales people are super friendly but their prices are Ridiculous!

Shopping at Belks and was looking for a particular fragrance by Coach. I was waited on by an employee named Mia. Great customer service from this young lady. They did not have the fragrance I wanted but she took time to look it up and showed me how to order it on line. I will be doing more shopping at this store just because of this young lady’s kind and generous customer service.

Fast and friendly service at checkout

The staff are outstanding. Donna is a great store manager. I shop here at least once a week and have the Belk Black card, so receive many coupons and special sale notices. Their online shopping site is also nice.

There are always good prices there and very nice merchandise. Also, very helpful staff.

Love Belks in general, but they can be a little pricey on some items and they can be limited on sizes. Was in 4 times in 5 months to inquire about various cute shoes or boots in my size (8) only to be told they only had sizes 5, 11 & 12! "WHAT"?? Finally ran across a different sales person there and voila! They produced my boots and shoes in the correct size, and said all the others were back there in size 8 as well. So I think my issue lies more with employee training than Belks in general. They're a store with a little of everything!

Great department store. Friendly staff and I got a deal on golf wear. The next day I received a coupon via text and I went back a second time to shop.

Very very Professional staff !! Ericka sales associate was very Professional..I liked that the store manager was at the entrance and was greeting customer and handing out coupon cards herself !! The sale was charity day ..Thanks Belk for a great shopping experience !!
