The owner and the manager are great people. Manager happens to be a very very talented musician. I buy my equipment from there if I'm in town. Sometimes I am out of state and go to guitar center. Encore is the place to go for Lufkin and Nacogdoches, Tx.

Great staff, very nice and helpful. They are extremely competitive with online pricing. Its nice to go into a place and put your hands on the product.

I want to say 1st, the store was easy to find. The individual who met me prior to the store opening was very courteous to me; I was expecting to bring 26 ctns of merchandise inside and his kindness was extended with, leave the pallet in front of the store. Our workers will offload those boxes and rearrange for more space.... what a wonderful surprise...Thanks, from Don.

The best little music store in the pines!!! They were all very friendly and accommodating. Salesman did not push any certain guitar or price range on me. Very patient. If all businesses had this level of customer service the world would be a far better place. Thank y’all again!

Great help to us buying a drum set. We ended up leaving there without a piece though and as i dialed their number, he came to my house to deliver it. That speaks volumes to me. Will most certainly do business with them again.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Willing to answer questions, or leave you alone to test the instruments. Prices seem fair, though im not one to shop around. Spending a couple extra dollars is worth it to keep these guys around. GREAT PLACE!

If you are serious about music and want to get a wide choice of quality equipment, this is the place to go. I go there every couple of weeks. They have a very helpful and informed staff to assist. Although they do have some VERY expensive instruments, you can also find some good deals. When you are lucky, someone will be jamming! I have to resist going there because I could easily break my budget!! They are also very good a repairing equipment in a timely fashion at a good price.
