My family has used this agency for years. Last fall we took a cruise for my husband's 60th birthday. Those arrangements were amazing.

Later that same fall, I traveled to see my daughter in Jerusalem and meet up with a church study tour. Those arrangements again were so smooth.

In April, my family recently traveled to Israel. Every hotel, car rental, transfer and arrangement was flawless. For a family of 6, coming from different places, it was so nice to have it all well synchronized.

This is the best travel agency I've used by far, and I've used a few of them! Emily was so patient when I couldn't make up my mind on where I wanted to go and provided me with many different options. She was very knowledgeable about every different aspect and provided me with the things I needed in a timely manner. Could not recommend them more! Will continue to use them for years to come!

Booked our family vacation to Disney World through them, and it was super easy. Our travel agent Fabi did all the work, she set up our whole week including lunches and dinner. It was such a hassle free trip, I truly recommend this travel agency.

Camala and the staff were very informative, knowledgable and quick in responding. They worked to get us the best pricing based on time frame and provided timely information as the trip approached. They helped us navigate customs and in country transportation and followed up with us upon return. They care! We will use them again!

This business claims that have been in the travel business for around 25+ years and they seem to have good reviews. The other advantage is that they are local. I always like to support a local business when I can. In this case, I am writing this review with quite a few regrets after contacting this business to help me plan my 2023 Thai vacation. I contacted International Tours and Cruises in November of ’21 to inquire if they could help me with the planning process of a vacation to Thailand in July of ’23. The person I spoke with took my credit card information and informed me that there would be a $50 dollar deposit to begin the research portion of the trip. I gave her my care and discusses some items that I would like on the itinerary. I also expressed that we would like to try for 6K budget / not including airfare. At this time, I indicated that I could do more but would like to start there.

Fast forward to January of ’22. I phoned the company to check, because I had heard nothing. Not an email or anything had come my way. I was a little surprised, but the person on the phone assured me that they were really busy but had assigned my trip to one of the agents and I would be hearing from them shortly.

Today. May 11, 2022, I still had not heard a thing, so I called. The lady that answered the phone said that she would get with the agents, and call me back. A few minutes later she called me back and said that both agents thought the other agent was working on my planning, so nothing ever got done. My heart immediately sank. This was supposed to be a trip of a lifetime for me and my wife. The lady on the phone also abruptly informed me that they were no longer planning trips like this and that maybe I should try an agency out of Tyler. She also, said, they had never charged my card. (I suppose that’s a good thing – though I have not checked yet).

Here's the deal. If I had been informed the first time, I had called that there was an issue, I could have made plans in time to save this trip. As it stands now, I don’t have time to take care of the vacation and have it all in place for next year. I see that this agency still has pictures and general information on their website for Thailand. Pardon my confusion. I am beyond furious and disappointed. I have never been treated is such a dismissive way by a travel agency. I mean, there was no -- -“hey, we aren’t booking Asian trips right now. Can we help you go someplace else?” Honestly, had they just done this, I would have booked immediately because I had already discussed the possibility of Italy or Ireland if Asia did not work out. I had discussed this on the very fist call. If the agents felt that I needed to budget more money for Asia, that would have also been handled immediately. This place left me feeling of little value as a potential customer. Maybe it was just the luck of the draw. What a shame

I called to get a quote for a wedding and was told air would get a call later that week with information. I waited three weeks and no call. I called back and same thing..they would give me a call and never did. I finally (almost 2 months later) got an email with information and that has been it. I've made numerous calls, left numerous messages, nothing. I had great experiences when Shea was there..now that she's gone, their customer service is AWFUL!!
