Everyone at Car Mart was wonderful. Our sales associate was Joe and he was so helpful and understanding. I was supposed to go in a month from now but my car went out. Joe told me to come in and he would get me into something. I paid 1000$ down and got into a really nice little chevy Trax. Everything I test drove was really nice.

(Clarissa,Joe,Maddi,Tessa,Kai and the asst manager). We had a bad experience with the previous manager and some of the workers that are no longer there. Clarissa you are absolutely amazing and love how the atmosphere is so much better already. Everyone was such a great help and listened to our concerns and understood. I absolutely love my Passat. So, I went in unsure of what to do. This is only the second time I’ve gotten a car, and the first time was a bit rough and stressful. I came in due to a referral to go here and I’m thankful I did. Mr. Kezer told me, “I will do what I can to get you out of here with a car today!” He was beyond polite and easy to talk to. He kept me calm and feeling at ease through the whole process. He was very thorough with explanations of things that I was unsure of and did it in a way that I completely understood. I got to come home with a car that my kids will love and that I love and I’m truly thankful for his help. He is doing an amazing job and gets 5 stars all the way around!
