Very nice. Handled a complaint quite well. Easy to access. Gorgeous inside. So much history. My husband told me he had a good experience as well. The closest place you can find with an automated teller machine is on southwestern.. this one is only equipped with the historic abilities. Take the mail. Load the boxes. And carry them off to distant lands! I wish our postal service could get better.. generally the buildings and the services they provide should be faster and grow with the times. But at least they are reliable. They are always Here.

I've had a po box there for years. I've used the one on one service for money orders, sending packages. All good experiences.

Tom was awesome. We made an appointment for passport services, he was very friendly and made sure to get us squared away with everything we needed!

Why is it so hard to talk to a human about package deliveries? The automated phone system is junk and a waste of my tax payer money! Drivers just drive by and if the business "looks closed" they don't even stop. Then when you try to call about the delivery problem you can't talk to a human! So frustrating. I will pay extra to keep from not using USPS for my deliveries.

My problem is with usps in general. You can't speak to a human at your local post office. The mail carrier for my street put mail in my box yesterday and then sent a pkg, going to the very same address, back to the sender claiming the address doesn't exist. I immediately notified the post office that my address does exist and I wanted it re delivered, however, when I checked informed delivery this morning the pkg is still on it's way back to the sender. I am LIVID to say the least.

Do not come here for a passport, not only was the woman who works there beyond unfriendly to us AND the other employees but it appears as if they sat on our applications for over a month before they mailed them off. Absolutely devastating. She also said she hopes I hadn't purchased tickets yet (for the planned travel dates I had put on the application because that's never going to work, which was 10 weeks away) I can't believe how nasty and petty people work there.
