very nice woman was the proprietor. I enjoyed talking to her a lot. they had local honey for sale. I hadn't seen a honey comb for sale in years. all kinds of jams & jellies too. if you need some toiletries you forgot to pack you might be able to find something here. nice little town...Rio, WV

This small quaint Country Store is over 100 years old. A few additions have been added to it over the years to make it what it is today. You're always greeted by friendly smile and a hello when you come into the store. You will always find most of the items you need in the store to keep from making a 20 minutes a half an hour trip to the nearest major grocery stores. All the drinks including the beer and soda pop are ice cold. You may also find other things like snacks, candy, ice cream and various other items.
