Drive-thru was awesome. Very friendly and was apologetic because I had to wait while they put in a new diet coke. Food was very fresh.

Hasn’t been there in over a year but I need to change that. Chicken was some of the best my family has had in a long time. Worth the wait in drive thru if the chicken is killer

I'm going to be honest, I was worried because the Popeyes in my city is awful, bad and slow service and old looking food. My kids wanted Popeyes and we were near this location and it was worth it. This locations food was hot, fresh and tasted AMAZING!! Service was fast and friendly. They got through a line of customers rather quickly and were on top of everything. Love their spicy chicken tenders, the Mac and cheese was so good. If you want good Popeyes come to this location. It may be over an hour from my hometown but I will visit this location again!

Honestly, I've never had a bad experience with rudeness or my food being really hot and very good, and a lot of times how they treat you is how you treat the employee as well. The Benton Harbor Location is really among one of the best for Popeyes , most definitely loved.

Even tho it was a group of teenagers working when I went, my food was on point, it was hot, nothing was missing, and they were polite. Overall best experience with teenagers working here.

There were two of us, and both ordered the 3 piece chicken strip meal. Both meals had 5 strips, very pleasant surprise. We figured it was based on size, still, an above average service, where some in this industry would not be so attentive.

Food is always spot on for me here. 16pc family meal and everyone enjoyed. Service is good and atmosphere is just outdated. A facelift with the new Popeye store layouts would add to atmosphere.

What amazing service! Today on 5-13-21 my friend and I received amazing service and amazing food! The workers were so nice and we loved seeing the happy looks on their faces! We will definitely be back to visit them again soon! The line didn't take long to get through at all. Make sure to thank them for all their hard work. These folks are great people!! It was such an exquisite dining experience for a place with a "fast food" label. I definitely recommend ordering from here as the staff was not only very friendly, but they were also extremely accommodating and generous with extra dining supplies regardless of the supply shortage hitting everyone. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and any issues I thought I may have were immediately handled by management right at the window before they could even arise.

We did not have to wait long in the Drive Through at all and the little time that we did we had fun while doing so. Our food was warm and amazing and was just what we needed. I've been stressed lately mainly because of working at the hospital and many other things. They are super incredibly busy today, yet they respectfully and graciously changed the type of chicken I needed last minute. I worked retail and fast food before the medical field and it's tough keeping it together so I truly give them 100% not just because of the tasty food, but being able to multitask with professionalism even if underneath it all they cursing someone out. I get it, I still get like that mentally at times so I value how they handled it all. All with a smile. This crew today need a raise a bonus or something.

It was my first time eating at a popeye's, somebody suggested I try it because they thought their sandwich was better than chick-fil-a. I'm not a huge fan of the chicken sandwich in general, but I agree. It was fantastic.

Waited a bit to have my order taken but was well worth the wait! The strips and gizzards were hot and fresh! The coleslaw rivals my aunt's! The spiciness of the red beans and rice was on point! Overall awesome!

Stopped here because I heard they have great food. I wasn't disappointed. The food was hot and delicious! The staff there is professional and friendly. They treated me like a person, not just a customer. A VERY welcome change from most fast food. I highly recommend this restaurant.
