Well, my partner left my skis in the driveway so we had to rent for the week. A quick in and out at Bob and Terry's saved the day. The knowledable ski tech helped me out and set me up with a great ski package. The Head skis were fabulous. The return was as quick and efficient. Thanks Bob and Terry's for saving the week

It was amazing, staff was super flexible and knowledgable and when we rented our equpiment and the ski resort was closed we were able to use the equipment at a different date with no extra costs. 10/10 would reccomend

These guys have been beyond helpful on our trip to Maine! They kitted my mum and step dad out with rentals and did my little girls ski set up. I also got some great new ski pants. I bought some new skis for this trip and then had some issue with my boots so started thinking maybe I needed a new pair. Luckily I went and spoke to these guys before making a costly new purchase and they sorted me right out with insoles and my boots now feel incredible! We also discovered my husband's boots were way too big for him and so they got him kitted out with insoles to save us having to buy a whole new boot. Thanks for all the help guys!

Had a good experience buying retail items and renting some boots.

Had an issue with the rental boots that was really my bad. Called the store, and they said come on back. They helped me get into a more appropriate fitting boot.

Would totally come back here. Travis is the name of the guy who helped me. He seemed super friendly and kind considering it was dumping snow and he was stuck inside working.

I did note one of the other reviewers concerns when reading here- They did not make me write down my credit card info, on the paper- though it was still a spot on the form!

I purchased a ski jacket and ski pants. The staff was very helpful. They explained the differences between manufacturers' ski clothing. I asked the staff about the water-repellent ratings. They did explain what the ratings mean. They gave me enough info to help me decide on what ski gear was best for me. I recommend Bob and Terry's to those looking for ski gear.

Travis was awesome- after years of uncomfortable ski boots he found the perfect pair. His knowledge and patience was unbelievable. Highly recommend

Beginner skier here! Rented skis and poles for 3 days and there’s were welcoming and lighting fast. We were in and out in a few minutes. I think the skis I rented were freshly waxed too!
