I had an excellent experience with this dealership! I purchased a 2021 Ram Limited 4x4 (amazing truck!). My sales associate was Melinda, and she couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. I was calling from Madison, WI, and she sent me a video and photos of the truck. I purchased it over the phone, wired the money, and they delivered the truck to my home in Madison. The driving team (Caren and Jim) delivered the truck spotless and full of gas. The truck is everything I was looking for. The price was fair, and the buying exerience was awesome. Melinda will go out of her way to help you with your purchase!

I've got a similar experience to several of the other recent posts. This summer I was looking to purchase a very specific car model and trim level. It was hard to locate anywhere in my part of the country. Riverside had one posted online and it was one of the most competitively priced options in the whole country. I sent an inquiry and got an immediate response from Chase Wilkins. My experience with Chase was exactly as described by others. Great guy. Super responsive. Quick to text, jump on a call, send pics, get on a video call, or whatever was needed to answer questions. We really hit it off and working with him was genuinely fun. As part of our deal we agreed to get the windows tinted. I trusted him so much my only instructions to him were "Just make it look good". When it arrived it was perfect! Shipping halfway across the country was very reasonably priced (considerably less than what I expected) and it showed up in less than a week. The communication from the shipping company Riverside uses was top notch and the car was in perfect shape when they dropped it off in front of my house. For anyone having reservations about buying a car and getting it shipped, you can trust Chase and Riverside to get it done right.

Had an amazing experience here! Was just going to look for a car and my car broke down completely on way there. It was an overall stressful day but the staff were amazing! Chase and Ryan were both phenomenal, and chase did everything he could to get exactly what I wanted with the price and how much I pay monthly! Ryan found the perfect car and helped me with everything along the way! They were amazing and made sure I was taken care of! Would definitely recommend!

I had been searching for a particular car for over a year, a Plymouth Prowler. Finally found exactly what I was looking for but leery of buying a car online. This one was located at Riverside Chevrolet in Illinois. I was pleased to see that they had excellent customer feedback and reached out. I was very quickly responded to by Chase. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and especially Chase. I don’t know what it is with a lot of dealerships today, but so many won’t even respond at all to requests for more information. I had the exact opposite experience here. Chase not only responded to every single comment or question I had, but he did so quickly and always with knowledgeable answers. He is obviously well versed in his sales skills and knows a lot about the cars themselves as he was previously a mechanic as well. He was able to give very detailed descriptions of the car I wanted and any possible issues with it. When I had specific questions about some issues with car, he called via FaceTime and we looked at the car together live. Most important, he didn’t do anything that typical sales guys do, meaning playing games with you like bait and switch, exaggerate anything about the car, give a lowball price and come back with a higher price due to fees and add-ons. The first price he gave was the price that was on the bill.

I literally cannot say enough about the experience I had there. When the car arrived a few days later, I couldn’t have been more pleased with the vehicle. I think it was actually nicer than I expected. Totally pleased with the service Chase, and this dealership, gave me! Thanks Riverside!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2024 Chevy Equinox at Riverside Chevrolet, and I must say, the experience exceeded all my expectations. The Sales Rep Melinda Tortat and the Sales Manager Keith Frick played an integral role in making our car-buying experience seamless and enjoyable. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles on offer and took the time to understand our needs and preferences. Melinda's professionalism and friendly demeanor put us at ease, and we never felt pressured throughout the entire process.

I brought my car in leaking gas and when the needed part was ordered Rod Hart found the part would not be delivered for three months. He went above and beyond and found the needed part on Ebay. The part was delivered this past Saturday and my car was done on Monday. I couldn't be more impressed and thankful for Rod Hart, the Service Advisor and the mechanic who fixed my car. My dad purchased a 2024 Equinox from Riverside today. Melinda and Keith made it a very pleasant experience. They really took the time to listen to us. And they never pushed anything on us to make extra. Riverside is the place to go thank you guys so much.

I found the truck I had been searching for, for months at Riverside. It was one of, if not the best deals in the country! I had the pleasure of working with Chase. In my opinion… It’s not how you’re treated when things are going well it’s how things are handled when issues come up. HANDS DOWN THE BEST CAR PURCHASING EXPERIENCE EVER!! I am 42 years old and have purchased a lot of cars in my life. I also sold BMW's when I was in my early 20's so my expectations are high when it comes to buying cars. Dave Fries, The Owner Ryan Kneer, Keith, Chase, the detail guy and all the guys in service....all amazing to work with. I live in MN and I purchased a 2017 Corvette all sight unseen over the phone. I spoke with Keith and Dave several times and Dave sent me probably 100 pics and several videos....very detailed!! These guys were so accommodating and did everything they could to make me comfortable buying a oneway flight and driving my car home. 2.5 months and over 3,000 miles of driving later, I couldn't be happier. The car is amazing and my experience has been awesome from my very first call to the dealership to this moment. If I could uproot this entire dealership and staff and plant it here in the Twin Cities, that is about the only thing I could do to make my experience any better.

Chase shot us straight asked all the right questions and made sure we were getting into a vehicle we could afford and fit our needs. We'd been looking for a truck locally for several weeks and realized that we needed to expand to a national search to find Just the Right Truck.
That's when we found our 2017 F-350 Super Duty online at Riverside Chevrolet ~ right away we were impressed with the number and quality of the photos they provided. When we called for more info, Chase Wilkins was quick to answer our questions about the truck and even took some additional (specific) photos for us, as we live in Washington state. He also took the time to FaceTime with us, started the truck and gave us a quick interior and exterior tour on a snowy day. Chase is very personable, so we felt like we were hanging out with a friend in a cool truck (all while enjoying a walk on a nice day at home). After looking over the CarFax and photos we decided we'd fly out for a test drive (completely prepared to drive it home even though they have *very* reasonable nationwide shipping costs); Chase took a nominal deposit to ensure we'd actually show up. Chase also sent us all the paperwork (FedEx) so if we decided to buy the truck we'd have everything done and our time sitting in a dealership to fill out paper would be non-existent. My son and I arrived at the dealership at 10am Thursday morning, and the truck was warmed up waiting for the test drive ~ which sealed the deal. The test drive was very thorough and while on the drive Chase made sure we tested several things out on the truck, and took us on a bumpy road to shake out any rattles (there weren't any). Chase was not only knowledgeable about the Ford (despite it being at a Chevy dealership), but a fun guy to spend time with. We asked him a lot of questions, and he even FaceTimed (again) with my husband who had a few last minute questions from home. We've owned two other Ford trucks but this was our first diesel and he explained the nuances of a diesel (DEF??). While we were on the test drive, the Finance Office completed our paperwork and handed them back to us ~ and just like that, by 11:15am, we were headed west (right into what turned out to be 3 blizzards ahead, including an I-80 shutdown). We've never bought a truck sight-unseen, nor from another state ~ but with Chase it was a no-brainer. We can't speak highly enough of his ability to make us feel confident during this truck-buying purchase. Not once did we feel pressured, up-sold, or hoodwinked. Chase is by far the best person we've ever bought a truck (or car) from, and we'd venture to guess that each of his customers feels the same way; he truly loves his job and loves cars ~ and it shows!!! . We are still impressed with how fast they processed the paperwork and got us on the road. If you're looking to buy a car or truck (even if you're not in the Chillicothe, Illinois area), we highly recommend Chase and the team at Riverside Chevrolet!

Recently bought a pre-owned 2017 Chevrolet Bolt completely online with Chase as my salesperson. Chase was always there to answer my (sometimes many!) emailed/texted questions. He was ALWAYS very helpful (even on his days off work) and made the experience as easy as possible. The car was delivered straight to my home (100 miles away) without any problems. The whole process was so easy, I'd feel compelled to stop in and say 'hi' to my friends if I ever passed through Chillicothe!

I have been working with Riverside Chevy for many years. Some experiences have been not so great, so it was with trepidation I went there with my wife to look at a new car. I cannot say enough good about Jeff and Keith! The experience went amazingly well, and they even went as far as to correct some of the mistakes from the past! Had a great experience working with Jeff and Keith, they made getting the deal done very easy. This is the first time I've bought a car via internet so had some reservations but they took care of everything, even getting it registered for me in MO so I won't have to go to the DMV. They got a driver lined up to make the 5hr drive to deliver it on time, clean, full of gas, all the paperwork, and a 3 month temp tag. I feel I got a fair deal on my trade in as well so no complaints! Very happy with their service and my purchase.
