I’ve purchased from them for a 2+ years. Nice place. Friendly and knowledgeable. Love their delivery option. Great variety of quality products. The only thing noticeable is the internal turnover. Seems there is new employees every time I visit. I don’t care as long as it doesn’t become problematic with service. Seems the business is providing service to its external customers well. Hope internal customers (employees) are just as happy.

I want to give a big shout out of thanks to Brian running the window when I came in. While waiting for the luminary to come meet me, Brian was kind enough to answer my questions and educate me with the current product line. And then Evan was superb to work with as he brought me within my budget after suggesting we use some Lume points. Worked perfectly. And Evan was so kind and knowledgeable. Thanks Lume.

Absolutely love the service there. So my birthday fell on Thanksgiving last year and normally you've gotta come in on your birthday for any birthday freebies. There was this gentlemen that aloud me to use mine bday rewards early. They are always so friendly and helpful when you come in.

Fast n friendly, get what you need at a fair and good price, I've enjoyed everything with no problems. Very happy with Lume

Walked in the door looking for a single gram of wax. Lindsay with her bubbly wonderful attitude walked me through the deals and other available items. I left smiling with a bag of gummies and 3 grams :)
