The employees at Knapp were very helpful when we wanted to replace the carpet in our home. They helped us find a beautiful and durable option to fit our home and lifestyle. Their installers were professional and courteous; they communicated their plan in advance to help us best prepare for the installation and took great care with our home while they were there. The installers also did a great job cleaning up after themselves when they were finished each day, leaving our home cleaner than it was when they arrived. They did a wonderful job! I will be going back to Knapp for any future flooring needs.

Cute showroom on the SE corner of the town square. Staff very helpful! We were difficult customers. We called ahead and they were ready for us. They made it a very good experience.
