I had to switch to a smaller pharmacy due to some of the drugs I was taking. Memphis Drugs is one of the best pharmacies I've ever been to, sure they have some quirks here and there, but they make up for it in customer service. They deliver to me when I had trouble accessing their store. The delivery guy brings my dogs treats. I love this pharmacy. Cannot praise them enough.

I have been going to Memphis Drugstore for years and they have the best pharmacists and staff ever! Everyone is so very friendly and very helpful! I especially love that they offer free delivery service and Ron is the best and friendliest delivery man there! I hope he never quits ever! If you need a prescription filled quickly; this is the place to go to. I have never waited over 10 minutes at the store in person to get a prescription filled in all of the years that I have been going there! Thank you for your wonderful service! ❤❤❤❤

This is by far the best pharmacy within the Memphis, Richmond, Armada area. Always extremely helpful and manage my many prescriptions very well. Michelle, who answers the phone a lot, knows my history well and is very professional and courteous. You will never run into problems here like you do at the larger places i.e. Walgreens, CVS, or Rite-Aid. They also deliver and their drivers are always on time and are very friendly. I just switched to Memphis Drug through a recommendation from family and I am so happy I did! The person I talked to was so kind and quick. They take my new insurance that CVS wouldn’t, they called and got a transfer from CVS, filled it and delivered it with only 25 minutes left in their day on NYE! Thank you so much!!!

I switched to Memphis drugs a few months back when CVS couldn’t get my medication they helped me transfer all my medications and were a great help they are always great about filling my medication usually ready in 10 minutes and always so friendly and the prices are much cheaper then CVS and they treat you like a person and not a number and they will deliver if needed Thank you a customer for life

They are some of the nicest workers and always are so fast and they deliver one and only kind of pharmacy excellent for elderly finally had my back surgery they showed compation seeing I wasn't feeling good. Now I am getting better they said they could tell.
