Cheapest shipping was literally three days to mid missouri. Got a brand new L-Tall Carhartt for 80 bucks shipped. If these are factory seconds, I wouldn't know. There's not a stitch out of place. Hard to find deals like this nowadays. Literally the same price I paid for a similar jacket 10 to 15 years ago, amazing if you ask me!

I recently ordered a pair of Red Wing Irish Setter boots online from Super Casuals that were on sale and at a price that seemed too good to be true. Shortly after placing my order I received an email from the owner Steve informing me that the extra wide size I ordered was on back order and would take 2-3 weeks to be delivered. This is a common occurrence with extra wide shoes in my experience. I replied to Steve that I needed the boots ASAP because I was opening a new 70K sq ft grocery store, the entirety of it having hard concrete floors and that I would take a different size, if available. Steve responded immediately that he would have them shipped from the manufacturer, Red Wing, and that I would have them in 4-8 days. I received a tracking number the following day and the boots arrived 4 days later, straight from the factory, in perfect condition. The shipping fee was waived as well!

The BEST customer service! I bought a pair of work boots Dec 6th for my "grown" son for Christmas. He took them to his house and put them in the closet because they were too small. I didn't find out until July. Long, LONG past the return window. I called customer service and asked if they could help at all. I believe it never hurts to ask. They offered to exchange them for the correct size even though it was no fault of theirs. I mailed them Monday. USPS said they'd arrive to Super Casuals by Wednesday, this is Friday and the new boots have arrived at my house!! I will recommend them to everyone!

Needed specific carhartt bibs. Called and they had them. They were even better price than tractor supply. Noticed the boots they had. We only order tim pros but i think we will be getting them here instead, maybe even the Carolinas
