One of my favorite restaurants to eat at in Madison. I love being able to make my own stir fry the way i want it. All of the sauces are delicious and the variety of meats and veggies is wonderfull.

This place was fantastic! This was my first time at this location. The service and food was impressive. The food was chopped up beautifully to the appropriate size for stir fry, and the selection was awesome. I normally go to the Appleton location and it doesn't even compare to this place. Food is hardly chopped, it's in big chunks and even the cilantro is a mess in Appleton. Plus the size of your beverage is double the size of what you get in Appleton. This location has won me over! Thank you!

Really good place.. I love the idea of building your own noodle.. they have a pretty good collection of sauces to pick from with varying spice levels. I think we were the past customers to visit before they closed tonight, and I saw them clean the grill they use, and I was very impressed with the way they were doing it, making sure they cleaned every corner of that huge grill. So 5 stars for cleanliness. Lot of their meets are frozen, so once I think one of my friends had uncooked meet in his noodles. I am gonna give them the benefit of doubt here assuming that this is not a regular issue people face there.

Came here with a few colleagues whilst we were training at nearby Epic. Food was great, healthy and fairly priced. I really liked the complete freedom to design your meal and have it prepared in front of you in less than five minutes. Will definitely be returning!

Great food and atmosphere. The cooks are amazing too. I have a severe allergy to fish/ seafood, i told them and they cleaned off a spot just for me and used separate spatulas and remembered it the next time i came up.

Always great food and service. If you can't find a combination of food here that will feed your soul, then go back to your drive through joints. Always fresh food and a huge variety of add on sauces. Quick to get your plate full and cooked, YUMMY

You pick the ingredients and sauces. They grill it for you. Buffet is a good value for money.
They have a decent variety of sauces (upto 5 spice levels, totally 20+ kinds. You will almost certainly find one for your taste palette). They have an equally good collection of veggies, meats and sea food that you could pick from.

Great restaurant, lots of choices to make your own stir fry. There were so many different fresh vegetables to choose from and there were Many different sauces to spice up the stir fry dish. They had a Coke freestyle side machine so there were so many sodas you could get. The Employees were very polite and helpful here as well.

Love the cooks! They definitely know how to entertain while they cook your food. There is one in particular that's always working when my boyfriend and I eat there who's always conversing with guests and is very pleasant. Food is great and usually not a overly long wait/line.

Fun for dinner. Great variety of make your own dinner options. Fun to make small bowls and go back again for something different. Entertaining. Fun for kids. Good if u can't sit long, lol. Kid menu, bar drinks, dessert menu.
The chefs used to put on a show but now they just cook and talk to each other tho, too bad for their tip jar.

I have been coming here for a few years. I started as a secret shopper. I was so pleased with the food and the service. Plus it's fun to watch the guys at the grill do their razzle dazzle tricks! Have never had a bad experience!

Amazing place to eat at. Lunch or dinner. Or both. HuHot has an amazing set up. There are long tables filled with lots of chicken, beef, pork, fish, you name it. They also have plenty of vegetables and fine ingredients. All of the meat is frozen. And there is an amazing dressing table where they show you how to make your meal the best it possibly can. Then they fry up your food right in front of you. It's quite a fun show to watch. Plus the waiters/waitresses are all very nice.

This is by far my favorite restaurant in Madison. I have been coming to this location for the past 10 years and continue to be a regular here. You can hand pick every ingredient for your plate, which is so helpful. many restaurants have their ingredients thrown into their menus and I always have to customize it when ordering. Also they have a way to work around for those who have food allergies. This place is a unique gem. Great selection of vegetables and meats, noodles. Etc. you can pick any type of sauce that range from mild to hot as well.

We love taking newbies here. You fill your bowl with whatever you want in your meal from a buffet of frozen foods and top it off with ladels of your own flavor of sauces. Then you stand around and watch them cook it on a large round surface. If you go during busy hours, they will entertain you with flipping and tossing their spatulas, which is fun to watch! You can also get any kind of soda combination under the sun! We love it!

Always fresh and the best tasting stir fry place I've had. Wish I had one closer to where I love now. Definitely bears out other places similar in style and flavor. Can't wait to go here again. Also one of the best deals for your $$

My wife and I really enjoyed the food and individual preparation. Lots of tasty Gluten-free options and noodles, and of course a wonderful selection for those without gluten restrictions. Well priced for what you get.

A great place to gather with a group. Food is served buffet style then cooked in from of you so everyone can get what they want. There are great pre-made recipe cards for the less adventurous eaters or you can create your own masterpiece!

IF YOU HAVE A MINOR-MODERATE ALLERGY (as in being in the same room does not send you into Anaphylactic shock) THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO COME TO!! This is the first restaurant I’ve been to in my life that has taken special care of me due to my allergy. HuHut gives people with allergies a slightly larger yellow bowl (which I assume has been cleaned specially cleaned) that tells the chefs to thoroughly clean part of the grill so they can cook your food. They are very good about it, ask if that’s clean enough, and they do it everytime you get more food. My first time here, my server also gave me an ingredients list that had all of their food on it so I could make sure to avoid my allergy. This is something I have never had and really makes coming here great. Other perks are that our servers have all be very friendly and attentive (which can be hard to find here in Madison) and the food delicious. It may seem a little pricey but it IS all you can eat and with all my experiences being great, I certainly don’t mind paying.
