I really like this place. It was the first time I had a doctor that was located in this building. The building looks new inside and everyone was so nice. I liked their covid precautions. They had me park in the parking lot and there are several signs with a number to call in to register. Then they have you wait in your vehicle until they call you in. A simple tempture test with questions had me in the waiting room with spaced out chairs.

They call your name and walk you to your exam room and when you are done they walk you back. For a person who gets lost super easy (me) it was really nice. I was in and out in about 30 minutes.

I’ve had good and bad experiences can’t say either way

I respect the medical field immensely, however, I firmly believe the quality of health care has dropped since the take over by St. Lawrence Health. It’s clear they only care about the bottom line and not the patient.

I am quite disappointed with the OBGYN department. My wife has been trying to see an OBGYN for two years and she has only seen the nurse practitioner. They didn’t perform their basic job when my wife was a couple weeks pregnant. They forgot to have her pee in a cup when she came in for a general visit.

When my wife finally got an appointment with the doctor, they ended up canceling because the doctor was out for the entire month of July.

If you plan to use St. Lawrence Health, make sure you hand hold and advocate for yourself and family. I commend all the general practitioners who refuse to sign on with this health care system. The quality of care is so much better with physicians not associated with this system, from my experience.
