Oxford Public Library

Beautiful library. Friendly staff. I loved their kids' area, plenty of toys, crafts, and amazing programs. The adults reading re is gorgeous. And im not a teen, but i found really relaxing the huge color sheet, the wall activities, and the decor.
There is a water fountain outside the restrooms.

I moved to Oxford a few months ago and took my two daughters ages 4 and 8 To the library for the first time today the staff was extremely helpful and super nice the facility is clean and there is even a separate area for the kids. They had tons of books, games, blocks and other toys.I don’t usually write reviews but my daughters had such a wonderful time at this library that I decided to. I met multiple staff members and all of them were Super nice and helpful. My daughters both got individual library cards and then a cute little pouch to put them in. They were able to check out their books on their own and got a little bag and receipt at the end which they loved. After we were done they played outside at the park right next to the library which is a very nice park for kids. I absolutely recommend this library to anyone with kids.

It's a great library. The only downside is that you're not allowed to bring in any beverages other than bottled water. Look at some of the other reviews and you'll discover why.

Takes a few bad apples to spoil the bunch. Anyway, I come to this facility quite frequently to study. It's a pleasant environment and they have a great selection for whatever material you're looking for.

Absolutely STUNNING library and fantastic staff. Love coming here to study. Beautiful windows and fireplace. An inspiring location and lots of great resources!

The employees are all the best people I have dealt with in a long time. They are available to help with all my needs!

We come here weekly for the Wednesday program 'Wee Wednesday". Kids love it and the program is well organized. Staff is super friendly, facilities are excellent, and just an overall terrific place. We've also come for special events and really enjoyed the Halloween magic show. Everything we've done is free, so don't let cost deter you. Highly recommended.
