Bowman Bridge River Access

Enjoyed being here, the camp host was great, he kept the place cleaned. Did allot of improvements. Bathrooms were clean, sites were BiG. I will be back. No electric or water hookups but it’s real camping. There is kayaking, another park nearby also. Tent camping only.

Beautiful location along the Pere Marquette River west of Baldwin Mi.

Great campground. Very large sites. Great fire pit. Pit toilet very clean. River access was clean and even. We stayed on a 30 degree night so power would have been a plus but we knew it didn't have any so we went prepared.

Beautiful river. Was a little challenging at the time of the year that we rented canoes. Winding and scenic.

Great place to drop a floating water craft. Breathtaking river system. Came to find a new spot to bring my boys fishing. There are fishing trails along the river bank and the water is certainly wadeable. Ended up catching and releasing a few baby rainbows and cohos with spinners and streamers. Lots of natural beauty in this neck of the woods.

Stay at the campground while fishing the Pere Marquette river. (Every fall for the last 8 years) Camp sites are clean and with allot of space between. Camp ground is well maintained. Ron and Lori are doing an excellent job keeping the campground and facilities clean.

Campground is clean and quiet. Just vault toilets but very clean. Park hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We came to hike and fish. Easy access from campground to National Scenic Trail system. Really close to river with watercraft access. No electric. This is rustic but concrete slabs for campers and rvs. Water spigots conveniently located for sites. You can get firewood and ice on site. Town is about 5 minute drive to grab anything you forgot.

We camped here for the 4th. Clean and quiet. Camp host was very kind.

Just beautiful. Very well maintained rustic campground. Very large campsites. The Managers were extremely nice.

Good camping. Listened to owls at night. Air fresheners in the pit toilet were a nice touch.
