These ladies have always been amazing. I'm an older lady and really don't understand there verbiage. They are always so helpful and kind.

I LOVE the girls (and guys) at NE! Drink is right everytime, everyone is so friendly and kind. My favorite place!

All and i mean all the employees there are awesome! All positive vibes. This is my spot when I want my starbucks👌🏼

Destinee is the best! I absolutely love when she is working! She always makes me smile, she puts nice heartfelt sayings on my drink!

Great iced drinks! Nice baristas!

The employees were so nice the drinks were delicious and well made! The little nice notes they added on the front of the food bags made my day! A customer even asked me if I needed help carrying my order to my car! So sweet!

I’ve asked for drink suggestions the last 2 times cause I always get the same thing. Both times they made me a new drink and I loved them both! I didn’t think I liked the brown sugar latte but they have changed my mind by tweaking the recipe! I appreciate them being fun and going with requests like that!

They have the coolest bathroom sink/soap dispenser/faucet/hand dryer combo! But they've recently had to close at 4:30 pm dye to staffing issues. ☹

This Starbucks has quick service and friendly staff. Whether you order ahead, dine in, or do the drive through you will have the same level of service.

Love this newer Starbucks. We needed a Starbucks on this side of Brainerd. I'm not Caribou coffee drinker. Like the people here they actually acknowledge you..

A barista named Cass Davis threated to "gut me like a fish" while holding a paring knife when I asked for a straw. I was taken aback by the threat on my life , but I do appreciate the environmental concern. Overall though a pleasant experience.

For being a newly opened store, they really know what they are doing! Every drink that I have ordered so far has been amazing! Also, they have the most friendliest baristas. A great addition to NE Brainerd.

I came through the drive thru today and must I say amazing service and very friendly people. You can tell that they all work very well together and the boy in drive thru Tayson, was very helpful about the drinks when I had questions and was able to tell me his favorite drink.

The kind baristas here ran after my car when I forgot my danishes. I would give 10 stars if I could every time I go here everyone is fabulous and very very kind!

Baristas are AMAZING. Always friendly faces and clean when I come in! Mady and Emily were so helpful when I went in! Highly recommend.
