Caribou Coffee

Great visit to this location and our pups loved the pup cups your staff made for us. Very nice and polite employees.
Will definitely be back in the future!

Extremely friendly. Fast staff. Wish they had different food options. Turkey sausage is barf in pattie form.

I appreciate the batistas at Caribou East Brainerd Mall because they're so friendly, courteous, helpful, and kind. The coffee is ALWAYS fresh, and the special drinks are fun and made with love.
This Caribou has a nice variety of snack and beverage options.
I love to write on their chalk board too.
I know I'll go back.

I've recently been been feeling super resistant about the upcoming move from the Metro Area to Brainerd. If you live in Brainerd or have lived - you'll be saying and thinking, "Why would you want to make a mistake like that !?" Excellent GD question!... And I'll have an answer for you later because it's a long story.

Part of me always knew was going to happen... And that part is in full GD acceptance-mode while the day looms in the distance.

There is a silver lining though... The people of Brainerd are kind, shirt off your back giving, and proud of their city. They are most resilient, having grown up in -30°, snow tragedy land, bare nuts cold Central Minnesota. The North!

Also... There's a Caribou right down the street from us. Some luck, right? A place that can keep this new daddy awake! I'll probably bring the baby boy with to sleep, while I read in front of the 1970s looking gas fireplace. It's warm at least. Oh, and most importantly, it's quiet here. Suddenly things don't seem all that bad.

I typically go to the caribou closer to my workplace but this one had different food options than that one. The staff were fun and upbeat, good and drink were ready promptly and it's a nice atmosphere. Will probably stop here more often. They also seem to have a better stock of cups and merch for sale than the other 2 in town.

Me and my mom got coffee and the kid that was making our drinks called out 'Cold Turtle Moca' though it was a Iced Caramel High Rise, and then she said 'Hot Turtle Moca' and it was my mother's Turtle Moca. I would have given it 5 stars if our drinks weren't mixed up. (We gave each other our drinks. Because we had each others.)

Friendly staff good coffee as always at Caribou. Always love the Pupcups.

Love the order-ahead option. It is nice to be able to see all possible add-ins and substitutions -some of which I didn't even know were options before (i.e. add malt powder). Also, the staff is always very quick and competent.

I was there once when I was 20, never returned until this morning. I just recently got into drinking coffee. Was greeted with smiles from Mandy and Steena. They recommend a drink but saw the look on my face when they said something about that one -forgot what they said, I'm no coffee expert- I was really hesitant on trying the biscuit because most places serve them way over done. These ones weren't hard, they were nice and moist. When I was done I asked Melissa if the cup on the counter was for tip, she told me it was and she hopes to see me again with a smile one her face. Most places have horrible service but this place is excellent! It's great to walk into a place with great customer service. Will be returning, making this a regular stop!

Fix the wireless! This location still used the same centurylink 1.5M dsl line from 2005! Yikes!!!!

Food and coffee are excellent though!

While I love and prefer Caribou over any coffee, this location was very welcoming and they made a great White Chocolate Campfire Mocha!

I live for Caribou's chai tea, hot or cold! It's much better than Starbuck's. The people at this location are always friendly and pleasant. There's usually little wait for your order because they're so quick behind the counter. Tables are always clean and tidy. I would recommend this Caribou to any coffee or tea lover!

The staff is super nice and even recommended new things similar to my order and tweaks that alot of people add to my drink to try out. If I could give 10 stars I would :)
