The Baldwin Commons store is amazing! The store is clean and well maintained along with great service from the store team staff. The displays were appealing and stocked. Makenna and Cassidy were very professional and on point assisting me with my beach selection of clothing. This is now my go to store for my beach, pool and activity attire ! Thanks ladies you Rock !!!!

This Tillys is a great place to shop for clothes, it’s big with a lot of varieties of clothes.The customer service there is great, really nice employees and even the manager is a very nice person to.

I've always liked Tillys, not as much now after finding out the hard way that clearance items are Final Sale. You wont find one sign about it in the store or have a single employee tell you. You'll only find it written on the reciept, which is ironic. The manager was pretty b*tchy, but I'd be too if I had to work there.

Ok store, may go back if in the area.

Unfortunately the customer service is horrible and I like shopping there. When I walked in the door I was not greeted and the 2 teenagers in there on the floor are no help.They just stand around giggling I was very disappointed in my experience and thank you to the young man that did say have a good one. He was working behind the counter and still had time to say something.

Thursday December 20th not busy passed four employees not a single one said hello or ask if we needed help. Unfortunately we did need help so we left with nothing.

If I could give Tilly's zero Stars I would.I ordered something from them and I even handed my driver's license to the person placing the order and they did not type the correct address. I called the store and customer service and they said they cannot change the address and if I do not get the item to call customer service so they can decide IF I get a refund or not. I called the store and said since it was obvious it was a mistake if I dont recieve the item I should be entitled to a refund and asked if she could refund me if that happened. She said no. She offered no options. She offered no complimentary customer service. No alternatives. She even said that I need to."understand that 16 year olds work there and that people make mistakes". NO I DON'T. If that is the problem, dont hire 16 year olds. Why do I have to be without my product and without my money and "understand" that. Its ok if it's my dime? No. So they can get away with this and screw me right? I'm out but thats ok as long as your kid gets understood. NO.My family and I will no longer be shopping at Tilly's. Most of my friends have stopped shopping there. And Im calling chanel 4 news. This is not the first time Ive had problems, and Im tired of the way I get treated for shopping there by the employees.

This place is a joke. I bought a shirt from Tilly’s and the next day wanted to return it because it was the wrong size because there wasn’t any fitting rooms to try on due to covid at the time. I brought it back the next day with the receipt that they gave me the day before and they kept telling me the shirt wasn’t from Tillys. Umm I bought it FROM tillys yesterday. The date was on the receipt and the name of the shirt was ON THE RECEIPT. They turned me away once and said they couldn’t give me a cash refund because they were convinced the shirt wasn’t from the store which blows my actual mind. They were so rude they accused me of brining a shirt from somewhere else even thought I had the receipt and date of when I bought it 😂 what a joke. I will not be going here again. So rude

Awful experience. I was followed by an associate and watched. No one asked me did I need help. I had several bags on my arm. There was no reason for the associate to follow me!!!

Quite surprised this place is still in business. Terrible service. They will stare you down and not once ask you if you need help, they’d rather chat amongst themselves. This is a repetitive thing and I have given up trying to spend my money here.
