Extremely knowledgeable staff. My husband is a contractor and has always used them when he needs product. I really hadn't been in there until I needed something for a project. I was impressed with how much they knew about their products and suggestions as to how I should complete my project. I have always been a customer elsewhere, but will be switching to Hirshfields.
