Allstate Bat Control

We purchased a house last year that had previous bat activity in the attic, there was a LOT of bat guano left behind in the insulation. I discussed our options with Mike, and he was very up front about his pricing and what would be the best value for us cleaning out the insulation and disinfecting the area. They came out and disinfected, and re bat proofed the house. They are one of the only pest control companies we talked to that guaranteed their work. Would highly recommend.

First experience with Mike Carter (owner) occured March 2021. He just happened to have an appointment with another customer in the Big Lake area, and didnt mind stopping by our residence to check and inspect for bats.

We were in a pickle to find any pest company to solve our concern after multiple local companies either were booked out till mid-May or altogether lied about the services they offered. Mike was able to swing by our residence, walk around the house, Q&A with us to troubleshoot and ease our concerns.

Mike detailed out his expertise and his plan to solve our bat issue in our attic, and on the spot got to work. Within 2 hours he had a main trap setup where the bats were coming and going, walked all over the roof caulking up troublesome spots around soffits and roof vents, and even went into the attic to further inspect.

Mike was there when we needed professional help on our house, and he won our business. It's been under a week and havent heard any squeaks or scratches since then, but so far so good. Thanks to Mike and his quick, professional service, we can feel better about a pest free home for the foreseeable future. Thanks again Mike!

These guys are fantastic. Moved into a house last fall that had a few bats. The sellers hired them to remedy the situation which they did. I called them a couple of time when we had bats coming around the house (none getting into the house) with questions to educate my self. Mike was awesome. He readily answered my questions and was very polite and pleasant to talk with. Would recommend All State Bat Control without hesitation.

Mike Carter is a true professional! He came to my house for bat issues 2019 and 2020 (in 2020 he returned to help fix an issue created by another repairman, not an issue from the previous year). He responded promptly to my emails/texts, and came to attend to my house's issues as soon as he could. I was really impressed and would strongly recommend his business.

I had a mother bat and one or two babies living in my attic last spring. At bedtime they all came into the house to fly around —it was distressing! Mike came and sealed the points of entry and looked for additional entries and he even washed my high window—Nice man and his wife. I am grateful every night at bedtime.There is a 2 year warrantee for additional bat issues—hope I don’t need more. It was great, effective, and very expensive.

I used Mike, and now him. He did an extremely conscientious job of my 108 year old 3 story home. I had just had my roof sheeted and shingled which left a lot of gaps plus chimney's and roof vents. As a local contractor said of Mike and the Carter family "they have GOOD DNA". They'er known for honesty and integrity. You would do well to seriously consider using Mike for your bat work.

The team did a great job doing what they said they would do. Helped to get rid of the problem. Also was very informative to help teach about bats.

Very disappointed!! We have had bats several times after he came and bat proofed our home with a 2 year guarantee and he does not return our phone calls and ignores our texts messages. We are in the same situation as we were before we called, bats in our home with no guarantee or help. May until November with no change bats flying in our home.
