Royalty Carpet Cleaning and Flooring Sales

I got 2 bedrooms and a hallway cleaned today by Armando. He did a very good job. Service was awesome and he was very professional. Pricing was reasonable considering the size of my bedrooms. Would definitely use them again.

Royalty Carpet was excellent throughout the entire process. The salesperson Shawn was awesome. He helped accommodate our budget and schedule. We did a lot of research looking for a white oak type of vinyl that wouldn't break the bank. He picked out the perfect vinyl plank that matched the color and price we were looking for. The installation was done perfectly and very fast. The entire process of ordering the planks and installing took 2 weeks max. The floor installers were very friendly and got straight to work. They worked a full 7-8 hr day and were done with the project the same day! Highly recommend ordering from Royalty Carpet!

I am so pleased with the results because my sofas look like new. I have a large shepherd mix dog who spend a lot of time on the sofas and it cleaned with absolutely no signs that my dog was on the sofa, The technician was courteous and very diligent, he cut no corners.

Carlos was on time and very patience with mel. My son didn't clean his room and he gave me time to straighten it up while he started on other rooms. He went throughly over high traffic areas. When he left my carpet looked brand new and i have lived here for 8 years.

We've used Royalty carpet for 20 years now on a yearly basis. They always do an excellent job and are very professional. Today Carlos was the person who came to clean our sofas, chairs and carpets. He was extremely thorough and made sure I was happy with the service, which of course I was. I would highly recommend Royalty Carpet for any service you make need from them.

They did a great job and I’m very pleased.
They asked how I wanted the centered and measured to be sure it was centered properly.

Carlos did a very thorough job in cleaning and power- steaming my recliners and antique wing chairs, ottoman, and dining room chairs. In addition , he was very pleasant and careful in keeping work area dry and clear of any collection of steam or water on my floors. I definitey recommend his work.

Great company! Nick came out and gave a completely fair price for both parties and did not put on a whole dog and pony show that most salespeople do.

Now this will be my 'one-stop shop' for my upholstery cleaning services! A couple of months back, I made a first try with a really soiled carpet which I bought from a rather dishonest seller, who lied that she had cleaned it prior (only realized after getting home and unpacking it that it was filthy, pet scratches and hair, dark map-like stains, et al . . .) Disappointed, I googled and settled for Royalty and indeed when it came back, I was amazed! So today Carlos has been at my house for my seats and boy, they're sparkling! Same guy who did my carpet. Wonderful job done, keep the Royalty standards flying. And yes, Highly, highly recommended!

After using many area carpet cleaners (steam cleaner, chemical dri cleaning), we have found that ROYALTY CARPET CLEANERS are TOP NOTCH! The owner “Roy” came to the house to assess our wall-to-wall carpets beforehand that needed to be cleaned & assured us that ROYALTY could do the job…and THEY did!! Our technician, “Carlos” was very professional (used gloves, booties that went over his shoes) …and very meticulous to make sure he got out every stain that our labs had made. Thank you ROYALTY for your excellent service. I just want to add that customer service (whether I spoke to the owners sons or other staff) when I had questions before, during & after the cleaning were very kind & professional. Carlos is wonderful doing his job, my carpet was really nasty and I regret I didn't take a picture of the before cause the carpet was completely dark and had a moldy smell. I hope he stays in the company for a while cause he's the reason I called royalty carpet again (my experience with this company before it was terrible).

12/15/23 - Two young men from Royalty Carpet early the morning cleaned the rugs in three rooms of my house. Their workmanship, attention to detail, organization, teamwork and thoroughness was remarkably impressive leaving me very well satisfied, happy and pleased to highly recommend their professional work to everyone.
