My husband got my engagement ring from Paffrath. He had it custom made. They did an absolutely perfect job making it exactly how I would have dreamt! And I feel inclined to come on and leave a review now because twice I've had to have it mended (there are small stones that fall out sometimes), & they do an excellent job everytime and it comes back so clean and shiny and like new again! My parents also bought me a wedding necklace from here & its stunning. I love Paffrath & would recommend them to anyone!

My fiancee went in to get her eng. ring sized and the owner proceeded to tell her that the cast of the ring was made sloppy and pointed out imperfections. I entirely agree with the imperfections that he found but to point out to my fiancee a bunch of problems made us both feel bad. When I confronted him about his conversation with her he got defensive and told me that I was wrong and he was right, no apology was ever given. I ended up taking the rings back before he could do the work. The rings were in her name and he didn't check with her that I could take them, he didn't make me sign anything, he didn't even ask my name before letting me walk out with the rings!
