I am so glad I found this business. Since I bought my house, I have had quite a few technicians come and work on various projects, and without a doubt, this is the best experience I have had. The two guys that came out to my house were extremely professional and thorough. They completed the initial task of cleaning out my sewer line and then went on to figure out the root of the problem. They went above and beyond my expectations in order to find a solution. I truly cannot say enough good things about this experience. The character of the two technicians and the quality of their service says a great deal about the company and the kind of operation it runs. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Ethan was super to work with, he explained the problems I had with the old furnace (35 yrs old) and why he was recommending that it be replaced in terms that made sense. He explained the difference in different furnaces so I could make my choice and feel it was the right choice for me. Ethan and Caleb worked hard and long to get the new furnace installed so we had heat again. Ethan is very good at his job, understands everything so he can explain and answer any questions the homeowner has. I am very pleased with the new furnace and I'm confident the rest of the work will be done just as competently. Thank you Ethan and Caleb, you were great!!

I just can't say enough nice about our experience with Northern Services. Thomas' work was top notch and work was completed as requested. Above all the work was neatly completed! I'll be using Northern again, in the near future, on a bathroom remodel. I recommend Northern Services very highly.

We're on their service plan and it is so worth it! They call with reminders of inspections. Ethan was our guy today and he was so nice and helpful with questions I had...very knowledgeable. And he wore shoe covers.

I had a major problem with my entire sewer line and I was sent Brennen. Financing was super easy he walked me through the process. The work was A-1 and expedited because I have 3 kids in the home. I had a pleasant experience except the cost (which is out of their control as they do their best). I will be a returning customer for other services.

Josh was at my office and installed a new toilet and sink, He was courteous and so wonderful to deal with on this installation. He asked good questions and kept me informed on the progress. Northern is lucky to have such a good representative of their business!

Great professional service. The technicians (Mattix, Brennan & Will) were knowledgeable, courteous, and kept a clean work area. After the hot water heater was installed they cleaned up any water mess that was left behind. I would highly recommend using Northern Services for any HVAC or plumbing needs.

Brennon answered our after hours call and was a huge help in getting our furnace issues solved quickly! He was polite and knowledgeable, we really appreciated having him work on our furnace.

I am absolutely impressed with top of the line service and professionalism. We had a leak under our sink and it was diagnosed and fixed in no time at all. Also, thrilled to have their maintenance plan so issues can be found prior to having a problem. I highly recommend!

Great work from the whole team who helped us from Wayne to Colton, Thomas and Dustin. We had a whole new tankless water heater system installed including in-floor heat. Their customer service was top notch and their beautiful install and work speaks volumes! We are so impressed and happy with everything from beginning to end. Five Plus Stars all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My mom and I recently worked with Northern Services on a major plumbing project, and we were very pleased with the service and expertise they provided. My mom had a collapsed pipe in the front yard due to tree roots, which resulted in a backup in the basement. Northern Services was there within an hour after we called, which was after 5:00 p.m. The staff assessed the situation and did what they could that night, but a larger project was required to repair the pipe. They came back the following evening after completing a 12-hour project earlier that day to provide us with solution options. The following Saturday evening, we called to ask about cleaning options, and they provided an excellent recommendation that evening. We were able to begin the cleaning process with A-1 Cleaning the following Monday morning (July 3). This was a very stressful situation and Northern Services communicated every step of the way during the planning process, which we appreciated very much. The solution to repair the pipe and reconnect the water was implemented very competently and professionally with limited impact to the basement, front yard and street. They coordinated with the city as needed and let us know of some funds available through a city program, which was very helpful. They completed the project leaving the yard, street and basement cleaned up nicely. All of the people involved were very polite and courteous and we would not hesitate to work with Northern Services again! Highly recommend Northern Services!!

Ethan did a great job- he figured out the issue quickly and took care of it! He explained the issue, explained what he was doing and how it was working. My furnace is ready for winter.
