Niles Gourmet

The food at Niles Bistro appears simple, but the flavors have remarkable depth. Sandie is known best for its range of local and organic foods, including lettuces, spinach and arugula, and the reputation is well deserved. The fruits are harvested from local organic farmers, and the pies are served warm with fresh homemade vanilla ice cream crafted with real vanilla beans. A host of other goodies, including rabbit, elk, and homemade pasta. The place is both clean and tidy—despite having limited space and more customers than can fit inside at one time—Eric the owner greeted my wife and me with smiles as warm as the food they serve there. I would thoroughly recommend Niles Bistro to anyone with a crave for exquisite and homy food. I know I'll certainly be returning soon

This place is memorable for how bad it is. We get a chuckle when we remember stepping over the dog, getting and opening a bottle of wine for our table ourselves, getting our own silverware, getting the other tables orders, paying way too much and leaving hungry. Save your money go anywhere else.

Niles Bistro in Moravia, NY does not even deserve one star. The place has no ambiance, no air conditioning, two tables outside and one table inside. The place is a dump. My friend and I ordered the magic mushroom soup which cost $14 for a bowl of soup and it was anything but magic. It took 40 minutes for the soup to arrive less than warm. We ordered a bottle of Reisling wine and were charged $48 for the TERRIBLE Reisling. You have to pay with cash; no credit cards. I understand why bc with your credit card you can calll and say your not paying for lousy soup and terrible service. The woman running this dump was rude.
