Had a bad nose bleed out of state when traveling was told to get the packing/balloon removed when we got close to home. Swung into the Foston ER. They were amazing! Quick to get us in, extremely informative and explained everything! Learned more than the Hospital that put it in. I believe the nurse was Austyn (?), she was great! So thankful for the healthcare here! In and out quick and feeling great! Thank you!!!

I fractured my ankle slipping on ice last week and had surgery yesterday (1/15/24). Both the nurses who prepped me for my surgery and cared for me afterward were very friendly and attentive to my needs. The anesthesiologist came in and spoke with me. As anesthesia has made me ill in the past, she adjusted the drugs I received to minimize my nausea and discomfort. I suffered ZERO nausea and only slight dizziness upon waking up! Dr. Moen was very attentive to my concerns, particularly with medications I had been using that had made me feel ill in the week prior to the surgery, and prescribed new medications to try. The surgical staff were all very friendly, attentive and professional. I felt that from scheduling my appointment to going out the door everyone really cared about my well being. I was listened to and well cared for. I am very thankful that I could have a surgery like this done in our small town! What a blessing to have such a skilled and professional staff at our convenience. While I wouldn't suggest breaking your ankle, if you happen to, I give five stars to the care you will receive from Dr. Andrew Moen and his skilled team. Thank you Dr. Moen and Essentia!

I went there (1/26/2020) to see my father who terminally ill and the staff was so nice. He tells me his nurse was coming in frequently to check on him and make sure he is comfortable. I can't thank the staff enough for the kindness they are showing my dad.

We’ve been doctoring with Essentia since we moved up here in 2011. From our children’s needs to going through a second trimester miscarriage to the birth of our youngest, we have had nothing but positive experiences. I won’t go anywhere else.

For a small town hospital clinic and hospital there are quite a few services. There are issues as there are in any hosital or clinic, larger or small. I just feel fortunate that we have access to health care close to home. It may take a couple of attempts to find the right health care provider for you, but that is everywhere. We are lucky to have some fantastic specialists willing to make the commute a couple times a month to service our area. It is easy to criticise so I wanted to say thank you.

Clean everyone is nice

My daughter had an appt scheduled August 14, essentia called me to reschedule because the doctor wasn't available, so resecheduled it to August 8th got called a day prior to the appointment saying there were no nurses available that day at the time of my daughters appointment to do shots so I was forced to reschedule to August 25th. Fast forward to this week my son had an appointment scheduled for today they called me yesterday to reschedule because the doctor was out, now they just called me today to say that I needed to reschedule his appointment because the doctor was going to be out all week. I don't sit here and schedule these appointments for random days I schedule them around my work schedule. Very unprofessional.

Down graded to 1 star because they were ignoring my emails and refuse to rectify their errors. SECOND time I was lied to and that is not ok. Leaving Essentia and they won't get another dime! I'm not dealing with being lied to all the time and them acting like its ok for receptionists to lie to patients.
The owner obviously doesn't care about losing money because they ignore patients and refuse to respond to the patient complaint forms such a classy business (sarcasm intended)
