Zach was able to make an appointment with me very quickly and even made a house call! He made sure the repairs looked perfect. My only complaint is that he charges far less than he’s worth.

He did really great work. I have a busy schedule with 2 jobs but he was flexible on when I could stop by and drop off and pick up my bike. It was a reasonable price and overall great service. I will definitely go back if my bike has any other problems.

On a Saturday in June while riding through Minnesota on a transAmerica bike-packing trip my rear rim started cracking at the spoke nipples. Zack answered my call late Saturday and agreed to work with me Sunday afternoon. The wheel held another 100 miles and when I got to the shop 4PM Sunday, Zack had identified a used wheel off the family tandem that fit perfectly and would be heavy duty enough to complete my trip. He quickly moved my cassette and tire to the replacement wheel and had me on my way at a very reasonable cost. A month later we arrived at the Washington coast with no further wheel issues.

He did really nice work on my bike, found something that definitely would have given me trouble not too far down the road and fixed that also very quickly. If I need bike service again I will make the 50-mile trip.
