I needed a fairly precise box size that was irregular for shipping an item. Popcorn assisted me in finding the perfect size length and width box. The top was too tall so the woman behind the counter cut the box for me so that it was a perfect fit. 10/10 for saving me time, money on holiday shipping and a headache

I have used Popcorn Packers multiple times and have been pleased with the extremely helpful people who work there and do their job efficiently. I am grateful to have such a great alternative option to the post office or the UPS store in Pennington which has horrible service and smells terrible.

I have been using Popcorn Packers for years and Tom has always been really helpful. I've recently had an issue with a package going missing (FedEx's fault) and Tom has been great in helping me deal with FedEx to get compensation. Always happy with the shipping options and packing services. Will continue to use Popcorn Packers for the customer service I've recently received.

We use the Lambertville store and we just love them there. They are very timely and attentive and we do a lot of printing there as well as shipping.

Popcorn Packers delivered my sculpture from NJ to Toronto Canada.
I am very disappointed from their service. They prepared a quotation for 1 week. It took a few days to figure out insurance cost. I paid for door to door delivery. They hired another company and it was LTL delivery.
As a result, I had to wait two weeks until they will collect a truck going to Canada. More important thing was that the sculpture came damaged. They charged me 200USD for carton box. Cecelia Dorsey (Owner of Popcorn Packers) told me by phone that they will make a good box around the sculpture. In reality they put the sculpture laing instead of standing and the wooden base got broken. Now the bronze sculpture cannot stand by its own.
I fully paid for delivery and insurance. Now I am trying to receive a single document from Popcorn Packers, i.e. invoice or insurance document. I have a written confirmation from the auction house that the sculpture was not damaged. Popcorn Packers sent my e-mail stating that they collected the damaged sculpture as it is.
After they received the money they totally ignore me.

I highly not recommend to use Popcorn Packers service.

I have used the Pennington Popcorn Packing on several occasions. Unilaterally, the customer service is poor. The rudeness and lack of interpersonal skills displayed by the gentleman (loosely used) behind the counter is unbelievable. Will NOT be using this storefront again... would rather drive a few more minutes than deal with the attitude.

Just curious why they would send me to Walgreens to print the Fed ex label when this place is supposed to be an authorized fed ex shipper🤔🤔🤔

Terrible service. Dropped off a package today and the guy behind the desk was mad that I asked for a receipt. Now looking at the receipt trying to track and it was bogus. Just go to Fedex office and avoid this place.
