Made an appointment for service a week and a half in advance and was told I was all set. At the appointed time no one showed up, I gave some slack figuring the service call before me was taking a little longer than planned. After an hour I didn’t receive a call saying we are running behind, so I called them and left a message and sent an email.

I had to drive 2 hours to get to my trailer to waste the day waiting for no one to show up, after making special arrangements with my work.

If you need service for your RV don’t use this place for service as they don’t respect people’s time, even after telling them you have to travel for the appointment.
