Great deals! I love this place.

It's always a great shopping experience. I always save a ton of money and get everything I need. The only issue was, there was only one cashier and a line of about 20 people when I went to check out. Two more employees came after about 10 minutes. They are short staffed, not the employees fault. Great customer service and great deals.

Awesome savings at the store buy one get one free pink tagged items got a pair of Capri workout pants a pair of workout shorts both have side pockets for your cell phone tank top and a beautiful scarf saved I believe like $70 paid around $20 the staff is friendly and helpful

Every time I go into the Olean Penny’s they are always so nice. And it’s more organized then other penny’s I’ve been to. The Sephora girls are pretty awesome too. So helpful!

I went in to exchange some sneakers. The guy on register said it would be easier of I went to the customer service area. I could return and purchase the items I'd picked up all at once. It was very helpful. There was also a good sale and my coupons saved me a lot of money.

The store was clean! Staff helpful and friendly. The restroom was clean and well marked. The clothing selections nice and staff assisted us to get the best price!

Was looking for a gray suit in the mens department. They didnt have my size but the lady working there was very kind and helpful trying to find my size to help me order the right one. 6/30 @ 4:10pm.

Great sales on summer clothes!

Biggest JC Penny I've been in. Just stopped in while in Olean. Neatly organized and lots of choices for clothing. Nice size fitting rooms and seating area if you are waiting on someone to try on their clothes.

The sales staff are amazingly friendly! Helpful about sizes and the prices! $50 shirt free! Get in on those sales folks! Lovely store.

Crystal at the Salon is amazing! Extremely talented stylist, she always makes my experience memorable. Very friendly atmosphere. All the stylist are very welcoming.

Always find great bargains and great clothes ! The clearance racks are always full of hidden gems at great prices ! Highly recommended!

I used the Salon in JC Penny to get a haircut out of necessity, and I will never go back to another chain for my haircuts. They do fantastic work.

I love the large very soft and absorbent towels I got on sale.

Prices are ok. But the clearance section. Is awesome. But parking lot is car breaker. More pot holes then not
